Hey cheetalia! 30 y/o male here, currently in OCS. I was a bit nervous coming in, being a bit older than the normal officer candidate. And I won't lie, it's definitely rough on the body! But you can and will kill it! The biggest thing I can recommend is work on your cardio/running. Get that in order, and be prepared to be stressed and have a LOT of info thrown at you at once, and you will be absolutely fine. Best of luck!
@@TheSpaniard Thank you for the encouragement. I have been doing strength training but have avoided cardio. This is definitely motivation to get it going. Used to run track in highschool so I “know” how to run? But definitely need to get the heart and lungs in shape!
