Hey Nate, I first discovered your HIIT heavy bag routine about 3 years ago, wrote the combinations and printed them in BIG font - so i could read without glasses - that laid a great foundation for the boxing part of my workout routine - skipping x3, floor exc x3, hand weights x3, heavy bag x8 - over time i added some Muay Thai drills to the bag work. Now it's time to get back to the original, Nate Bower's HIIT heavy bag - thank you 🙏
Hey Nate, i started following your videos and bought me a heavy standing bag, after a week i see results and also results on my fist. You are for now (un) officially my boxing coach. however I looked but i didn't find, so I'm asking if you could do a video about getting a good set of boxing gloves. Thanks man!
