The system utilizes two FANUC M-410iB/140H robots, one FANUC M-410iC/500H robot, and a custom-built station to securely strap completed loads.

• Strapping station ensures stability of each palletized load.
• The system has a small footprint, enabling the customer to use existing plant space.

• Dynamic system handles swings in bottle rates, automatic delivery of pallets, sheets, and top frames (dunnage).
FANUC M-410 Palletizing Series
FANUC’s M-410 palletizing series increases throughput for palletizing and handling applications. With a capacity up to 700 kg and a reach up to 3.1 m, the 4 or 5 axis M-410 parallel link robot series is ideal for handling medium to heavy payloads.
