I think also before everything else, it's a mindset. You have to be motivated, focused, want to be successful. Then you channel that into these topics. I was working for $2.90/hr. at my first job in a small supermarket and saw others slog along for years to later maybe become asst. mgrs. or what have you and I said to myself there's no way I want to settle for that. It was that mindset that fueled the desire to achieve more, be more. At 22 entered financial services and by 31 was a Director at a well known fin tech company. Part of the advice equation is visualize it, focus, have goals, embrace failures and learn from them, and not quit.

Very realistic discussion. For a young person, real estate and IP are probably more challenging (for a variety of reasons, such as price of entry). The equity option may be more practical. On the equity side, the easiest option would be index funds. Not sexy, nor quick, but reliable over the long term. Perhaps not "rich by 30" but through the power of compounding, rich by 40 or later. It's the "lazy option" but perhaps most suitable for most folks, assuming they can avoiding panic selling during the inevitable downturn. Thank you for your videos (I know these require a lot of work; your efforts are appreciated and very interesting!).

Your points are great - real estate and business, Royalties is a great way. But I think those are not easy paths to achieve. I think the traditional 9-5 path with high salary at least 100k, but definitely possible at 200k and investing is the most easiest path.
