2. Plank taps
3. High Knees
4. Pushups
RD 2
1. Half Burpee
2. Lunges
3. Shuffle Taps
4. Bicycles

Only just found your workout but please I have. Recovering from knee opp in prep for Ski trip at Easter and found the workout really good. Bloody knackered after this and Jump rope work out. 😅😅

Glad you enjoyed it and hope you are looking forward to your eater trip. Where are you going? Strong legs and core can support your knee and prevent injury. Don't forget to work on your strength training in the gym.

@@theconsistentclub thanks for the note back. Heading to Sainte Foy as have a chum with a chalet. Love the location as about 10 resorts within an hours drive if required. Sticking with the core, legs and jump rope (for cardio) for the this month and then gym for some weights.
