This video is a great workout for anyone looking to get ready for hitting the slopes. Leg focused with some essential core. Great for anyone also looking for general fitness.
4 rounds
20 secs exercise | 10 secs rest x 8
1. double pump squats | jump squats
2. back lunge to single leg hop (left & right)
3. curtsy | skaters
4. single leg hip bridge | side plank
1 min plank to finish.

Great workout as usual! I liked the Curtsy + Skaters exercice. It's also great that you include core training at the end of it!
