That is because exposing the human eye to a screen results in the eye blinking 3 times less than usual. So, if you watch a computer screen for too long, your eye will blink only 33% of the time.

DGR level makers need to start making their level with the idea that he WILL look at them in the viewer program. And troll him for going for things he isn't supposed to know about.

DGR level makers need to not make levels that have things in hidden blocks. I also can't fathom how the levels that need the viewer will be crafted well enough to be able to troll him. Creating a troll that won't be spotted in the viewer isn't easy and those who hide things in blocks aren't the best at making levels. Also, I'm pretty sure DGR is only using the viewer when he is out of options for completing the otherwise.

@@nightbringar7558 Well said. It essentially comes down to your first sentence: If you don't put required things in obscure hidden blocks, he won't use the viewer to clear your level. And if you do, I'm sorry, but the viewer is making a fair game of your unfair level.

@@zekejohnson369 Definitely not a troll. Didn't think it was trash when I first made it. But now? Not so sure. I know the one thing I would change now is taking away the clear condition to have a check-point at the halfway point.

No longer uncleared! Honestly surprised it wasn't. Yeah a checkpoint or ann extra mushroom would have been nice but it was a fun level that shouldn't have such a low clear rate

The worst by far was the Tinder one. So cringe and disturbing. Mario Maker 2 is still a game kids play and yet levels like these can happen. It made me cringe so bad. And DGR's reaction after clearing it totally suited the level

The thing is, DGR is technically family friendly. He's just like a few old cartoons who inserted some dirty innuendo that the kids didn't understand. But he doesn't curse or anything like that, so he's family friendly.

I was thinking the same. I definitely would've understood what he's saying at 13 and tbh probably quite younger. A lot of the channels that have an audience of mostly children do this too. It brings them more views. I couldn't do it knowing that there are thousands of children watching and knowing at least some of them will be repeating it to random people whether the "understood" it or not

@@Jay-Kaizo I get what you're saying but, the kids who do understand it, already know about it. I think it's more about curse words and explicit content that makes something family friendly. It's more likely that a kid will repeat curse words if they keep hearing them from people they like. Many cartoons used to pass jokes like between the approving teams. We get crazy stories where a bunch of fairly innocent things didn't pass and a few more risky things passed. The difference is that in here, only Dave himself decided what's ok and what isn't.

In that Tinder Level, the "hot ding dongs" mean that you chose to go on a date with that Bowser. The date with first two Bowsers didn't go well but you found your soul-mate in Bowser 3. That's why it led to the ending. 🤣

I'm curious, in the power up swapping speedrun level, what would have happened if Dave got one of the floating feathers when he was in the P-balloon mode? I know he would have become Caped Mario, but how would that have been a problem? He could still have jumped up at the end of that section and gotten the fire flower and done the rest of the level. Maybe a timing thing? That might be slower and not leave enough time?

Apparently that hidden warp block in the Janky slope level is in a bottomless pit next to the final snake block so I guess you jump down the pit wall jump to the left and then warp up and land on the goal.
