As a motorcyclist, Losi would kill it if they expanded the line and make road bikes. People will buy even if they are not into RC. Excited for these to hit the market.
@@traviedank2691 I wonder since you say to the other guy that you already have an on road RC bike that is just as good as this?(Losi pro moto) Or do i have mistaken you, my Man?
I'm 55 years old and I've run rc cars for years, I can't ever remember being this excited about an rc vehicle ever!! Can't wait for mine to arrive. Thank you Losi
This is the most impressive rc vehicle I've ever seen. You guys went the extra mile in the inventing & engineering process to acheive a highly realistic and durable bike. You deserves awards. Nearly every maker/builder/designer/etc. can learn something watching this. Anyways, congratulations 👏 👏 👏
As someone who runs and races these Bikes since 2010, it's great to see a company really putting some serious thought into the class. Any idea when this will be available in Europe?
A lot of us race motocross, or do you mean you race rc moto? I didn’t know there was more then 2 company’s that made them? This is the first one iv seen that actually works very well.
@@timprice8877 RC Moto of course. 1/8 Onroad class since 2009, 1/5 Onroad and 1/4 Offroad since 2010. The ARx 540 Bike was the first Upper-Level Cross bike, the Ricky Carmichael Bike was more hobby/Toy grade. There should be some Videos on RU-vid from our "Alpencup" race series back then.
What an amazingly well executed launch. From the engineering and design that went into the Promoto-MX, to the marketing and social media launch, Losi has certainly captured the attention of the RC community.
Da 50 anni aspettavo una moto fuoristrada rc così rivoluzionaria! ( I've been waiting for 50 years for such a revolutionary off road rc motorcycle). COMPLIMENTI ! VERY GOOD RESULT !!!
Super impressive! The functionality is incredible. I'm an old school moto guy and still have 4 motorcycles so this really speaks to me. Watching the detailed videos of frame layout I was really impressed with how your team was able to get everything packaged in the form factor of a motorcycle. I've been spending too much time thinking about adding a gyro controlled wheelie/stoppie functionality to the LMT so we can mimic the slow technical stuff we see on MT freestyle now. That's pretty far outside my wheel house, but maybe your software/engineering team can work on it for a TLR MT FS Edition (freestyle). Keep up the great work, I've been a Losi fan for decades since my Mini T and LST back in the early 2000s.
I was impressed before watching this video. Now, I'm blown away with the tech and effort Losi has put in this machine. It's worth every penny. I'm excited to see where they take this innovation they've create.
I really love the fact how much effort is put into these rc’s from you guys. Without a doubt my favorite scale rc brand and will continue to buy/support losi.
What would be cool is have organized RC motocross races, and events, if this thing is as popular, as it looks like it may be. What would also be cool is if they could get licenses from the real dirt bike manufacturers, and make replicas of popular bikes from companies like Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Can-Am, and others.
Best Rc Modell of all Time❤ I drive few Years with my Lightscale Jabber Rc Biles races. My next Bike is this Losi Bike with Proline Supermoto Tyres😍 Please make also a Streetbike❤️
I love the bike and I will be buying one but I just don't know about the three driving modes, I'm wondering if there's a driving mode where there's no input at all just you controlling it
the flywheel and dampened steering with those side bars are what so many rc bikes have missed. The chain drive and real front brakes are an awesome novel detail to transfer power/stop and make it more real too
In my opinion, the most advantageous upgrade for this bike would be equipping it with adjustable suspensions both at the front and rear. These suspensions should have adjustable damping force, allowing to customize the ride's softness or stiffness through a dial knob with 10 to 16 levels of adjustment just an example. For those looking to enhance drifting action, a soft front and stiff rear suspension setup would be ideal for dirt and loose surface, while a softer rear and stiffer front would be more suitable for performing nose wheelies. I also believe that the weakest component of the bike is the front plastic bracket supporting the suspension. Fortunately, third-party aluminum upgrades are already available, designed to provide better cooling for the motor. Moreover, I highly recommend using a wax dry lube for the chain, such as the Muc-Off brand. This chain dry lube is specifically formulated to protect against dry and dusty conditions, and it even has a pleasant fragrance.
45 Years of RC and this is at the top of my most fun list. I feel that says a lot coming from someone that after 45 years still gets a total rush from flying RC planes and copters.
Was blown away when i got mine last week. Now i allready have two of them. Just waiting for better weather outside to ride them. Both my daughters is in love with them to and can't wait for the premiere!👌
I've seen these 1/4 scale MXer's from a few different companies over the years, but this is the only one I've seen that looks to be done right. I hope we will get to see a class of these racing on a dirt track finally!! If Losi sticks with these for more than a year, I'll grab a couple!
That is an Awesome job of engineering and design, Congratulations on an Impressive Development of an RC Motorcycle that really work's like a full size Moto-X would 🏁💯🏁 I'm looking hard at these and about to do the purchase... Gotta watch a couple of review video's first... Thank You for You're Dedication to Our Superior Hobby 🎊🎊🎊 ✌🤠👍 HFLPRCing =Having Fun Laughing Playing and RCing 👍😎👍 AOAH =Association of Addicted Hobbiest 🙏 SSPH =Stay Safe and Play Healthy My Friend's
I love Motocross. I’m 50 yrs old and my favorite riders were Ricky Johnson (Honda) Jeff Ward (Kawasaki) and Bob ‘ Hurricane’Hanna. I can’t wait to customize my RC.
It is very cool looking and thanks for the full in depth review of the bike and all that went into making it. I enjoy figuring out how things work and this got me into the whole thing without ever having to turn a wrench! It looks cool, looks like it drives great and I am sure it will be a ton of fun!
This is way cool! It really is going to be a hit for the RC industry from Losi. They have done a great job on this one. One additional feature that would be awesome and give this a more realistic look is if they were able the have the ability to have a button or a small lever that allows the character to go from sitting to a full stand up position at times while riding or jumping, Hopefully that will happen someday. I think there would be a way for their engineers to pull that off. But either way this is awesome.
I have always said. Losi always does a good job and their detail is incredible in each product that they make, their materials are well made and resistant.👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 bravoooo👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
My hat is off to you guys at Losi!! Well done! As someone that's been into RC bikes for many years, the technology has aged and the bikes while super awesome have similar issues (front wobble on acceleration, the rear wheel gyro limitations and complexity). My current fav is also a 1/4 scale, The Himoto MX. After setting it up it drives fantastic but again it's old tech. Tank slapping old tech....... After watching this vid and all the work you put into this little beast I found myself nodding so much. The width of the bike is a big issue with other RCs. All these Losi features are finally going to give us a more user friendly experience (lets face it..there are a lot of RC bikes being sold when people just can't get them to work as advertised.) I'm sold... soon as thing hit Australia I'm getting one.. Bet they'll sell well too!! Again...EPIC work developing a super cool product!
This is the most amazing thing I have seen lately in Ground Based RC! I can see a all new kind of RC Racing Class Starting just because of this!!!!! \m/
Everybody going nuts over the sick bike but what if..... a TLR version w/ all the hop ups! Can't wait to check this thing out, looks like you guys knocked it outta the park once again!
As an outdoor motocross Racer myself this thing is a game changer. It's been over 20 years since we've had something that made me super excited like the promoto MX. I have a bunch of other RC motorcycles and they don't even compare to the promoto in handling and performance. I have a custom RC dirt bike from Germany that cost me $1200 and it's a joke compared to the promoto mx. I Have the Sky Rc and Exceed RC dirtbikes and they are like Toy R us quality compared to the Promoto MX. The videos don't do the same Justice you have to play with one in person it's so much fun and so realistic it's insane. Team Losi did some magic!
Yes yes yes been waiting for this I'm 54 been building rc cars all my life now that I build Electric Motorcycles Bikes & Scooter's I gotta have this Great job Losi✌️
I want one of these soooooooo baaaaaad….price tag is pretty heavy though but considering the scale of it I can understand the price. I’ll have to wait.
Fat tire kits with jackshaft (for off and on road tires+ 2.2 or 2.8 wheels), stretch arms, street fairing kits, and the list goes on. Aftermarket just found a hole to fill.
as soon as these are available I'm ordering one and going to trun it at Dean's All Out RC track in Apopka Florida. Hoping to actually start a race class! this would be so fun!!!
Some of us Moto guys use the front brake to keep the front wheel planted while cornering by slightly dragging the brake. Jean-Michel Bayle was known to do this with both brakes regularly smoking a set of pads. You guys should test programming in the MX6 to front brake drag while cornering?
good job losi. Finally a dirt bike that functions and can jump, turn like the real deal. Ive been waiting for years for someone to move the gyro into the chassis and off the rear wheel. This bike looks fantastic
You guys literally thought of everything for these. I'm looking forward to even more extras /rider gear. I cant wait for release. Ive got it pre ordered
Losi is so proprietary, I'll wait a couple years for the price to go down, but let's be honest losi makes one of the most expensive RC cars you can buy
Fantastic! This is really something worth expecting !! Really break through, absolutely different from some other brands that have new release of products every year with just minor trimming here and there even they themselves do not know what they are doing about and marketing hype all over. Good job LOSI !
Wow. I mean my losi DBpro is a hell of a rig and I guess I realize why. These guys put in the work in the R&D department. Fully adjustable lean bars really sold me. They look kinda goofy but at least I can move them up pretty high
