I like that you realize self care isnt all pampering and praying. You have to actually put in work to take care of yourself. Mentally, physically and emotionally it all requires work and you are doing better than most of us so good for you.
I came back to this video because now, writing in my journal just isn’t enough! i’ve been avoiding myself and my thoughts which has turned into depression. So tomorrow I will try my very best to do the things in this video to take care of myself, thank you lovely💗
