I had to stop the video when you said they’re not drug testing people they just need bodies 😂😂😂😂 I’m in TEARS! I do home health. All my patients lost their homemakers after the company decided to drug test their workers 😂 You can’t make this up!
Working at hood facilities, I have been threatened by cnas multiple times. I had one tell me she would get some of her people to get me after work. All because I asked her to get a patient up in the wheelchair. I don't let it effect my bag and keep grinding.
HR lack common sense and so detached from the actual facility they are working for it don’t make sense how can you be that disconnected from what actually going on. It’s like it seems to be too much for them the behind the desk and the human interaction it’s called Human Resources you are supposed to the source for the humans working for that facility in a simple way I process it. They never know anything they always mad not approachable. I have no idea the qualifications for to become HR but I feel as though they throw random people in that position and they have no idea the job description of all their employees it’s crazy.
