I don't think people realize how important this is. People see the elderly and think "They are old, they know what they are doing, they are ok with their life" .. but in reality every step of being old is as new to them as you hitting your 20's and getting a job or 30's and having a family are new to you. So having this time to express herself and talk about her life in a safe and loving environment is invaluable not only for her confidence but her brain as well. Whether she expresses it or not I know this little talk meant a lot to her.

Keep up the good work. Your connection with grandma is heartwarming. Grandma has a lot of wisdom and you are taking every opportunity for her to share that with you. You are respectful of your elders,well done.

I could listen to your Gran for hours. Her life story is fascinating. She is an extremely talented strong woman. It’s a true testament to live within the confines of a strict culture, yet she made what current culture see as oppressive situation a blessing. Both your gran and grandfather were able to find a love for each, which is amazing. The fact she put her career first indicates a true self love she has for herself. In addition when your grandfather unfortunately passed she was able to carry on working to leave her dream. She is a inspiration to us all. I can see that strength was passed down to your mother and you. Your mother fell in love with a man from a completely different culture. I have been watch your channel from when you first started ( my parents are Ghanaian) and your connect had always been exceptional, and you have grown immensely during your youtube journey. You are very blessed to have amazing family members like you Dad and his mum support ting your youtube career and really loving you. Congratulations you have come this far, and I am sure with your commitment talent and family/fan support you are going to be extremely successful exceed the goals you have set for yourself, a quote from me …. This is precious! The story of her meeting her husband was cute~ I wish I had recorded something like this with my grandma. I did once record my grandma randomly when I told her that one day when I have a daughter I will name her Sybil and she started making fun of the name and I did have a daughter a year after my grandma passed away and of course I named her Sybil. I watch that video all the time, just her smiling over the name she thought was silly.
