Hey everyone, thanks for watching my second vlog. This time it's a weekly vlog of me getting into shape and my veganuary journey. I'm still getting to grips with my new sony HX80 vlogging camera so please bare with me. I apologise it's not a very glamorous video, but I wanted it to be a true reflection of me getting into shape and there isn't really anything glamorous about trying to get fit. This week I've done running twice, yoga/meditation workout and a body weight/dumbbell strength training workout whilst watching an inspiring interview from RU-vid (Marie Forleo on the Inside Quest show). I've also eating a vegan diet for January's Veganuary and share with you my favourite vegan recipe.
