just reading the comments and it's made me a bit sad that so many people are so negative about my tattoos. i hope we can all evolve and learn to accept others for the choices made regarding our own bodies. this is something i've wanted for a long time and finally got and am so happy about! it makes me feel more confident in my skin and reminds me of the intentions i set when getting it. i've always been an artist, and i believe decorating our bodies is an art form. i adorn my body to show appreciation for it. if you don't agree with my choices, that's fine, but leaving rude comments about it is not benefitting anyone. and to all the kind comments... thank you so much!!
I never comment but I felt sad too that there where so many negative ones, so I felt the need to leave a comment just to show we are many who thinks positively about the tattoo's to, they are beautiful!!
I deleted mine before this message and re wrote it becus I stopped and thought about it and YOU lovely girl I am sorry my first comment didn't support you better but I am older and I have to thinks things through first ...sorry if i added to your sadness I do love you sweetie and support you
our bodies are temples. decorate it and paint it how you choose to. what temple have you seen without paintings, murals, etchings? love this stephi! elegant, strong, simplistic. love.
If she wants a job she can wear foundation just like 99% of the other women. Plus its really shitty to tell someone who has struggled with cystic fibrosis her whole life thinking she was going to die by 20 but now has a new lease on life to stop living. LET HER LIVE HER BEST LIFE.
Yes, reminds me a little of when I got pregnant and told my grandma. First thing she did was ask, "are you happy?" I said,"yes " and she said, "me too!, congratulations!"
right. that's how you should react when someone has already done something permanent. not shame them or make them feel bad about something they've already done!
@@VEE3RDEYE I should not have said that. I apologize. I should not be taking my stress out on you. I'm sure you all have worked through it. I really, really am sorry for saying that!! I really am. Hope you accept my apology!!!
Girl, your steady stream of content recently is giving me life. I love the intention behind your tattoos, cheers to the next chapter in your life and to commemorating this time 🧡
I am 67 and was continuously turned away from my artistic soul. At this point in my life would I recommend a facial tattoo NO. however, as life goes by, with no regrets, I do wish I had followed my hearty more than the voices outside my head. The tattoos and the artist you selected....BEAUTIFUL. Live your life my darling girl, you have earned this path. 🙏🏼
I lived in the mountains of NC for the last 20 years and seeing the mountains in the background brought me so much joy. Embrace all that good energy and clean air 🧡🧡
Everybody I know who tattooed their face just pick the dumbest random tattoo and I questioned their judgment . Your face tattoos are actually beautiful and instead of taking away from your natural beauty they add to it.
I just stumbled upon your channel. I don’t know why, but this particular video has brought me to tears. There is so much calm beauty in you my friend. The way you express yourself is divine. And your dad’s reaction is so cute. He obviously loves and cares about you so much, even when he doesn’t understand some of the choices that you make. Sending you good vibes and may your journey continues to bring you growth and prosperity.
They turned out so good! And they suit your face so much, you look even more gorgeous now, and I love the meaning behind it! This was a very nice video to share with us, thank you very much!
Stephi’s Dad asking the real questions! Haha “is it good? Is it pretty?” That’s what matters. Stephi it’s a beautiful tattoo with a deep meaning and you don’t need others to validate something that holds meaning to you. Keep doing you!
I don’t understand why people are being upset about someone else’s decision? I genuinely don’t understand this mentality. It’s HER body, HER life, HER choice, not yours. Let her be. I’m so sad that people are so judgmental nowadays, hopefully people can become more openminded with time. The tattoos look beautiful Steph! I love the meaning and the idea behind them. All love. ❤️
I have to admit that when I first saw this, I was terrified for you, for the future... But I have to say that this isn't what I expected, when I heard face tattoo. They are actually very beautiful and almost dainty. Not sure if that makes sense, but I think you know what I mean. Take Care 💗
“I wouldn’t personally get a face tattoo” “I don’t usually like face tats” literally nobody asked...goddamn. Wish her well and move tf on, I would’ve thought her community was more open to artistic expression and the pursuit of happiness.
Why all the hate? It's her life, body and decision. She's choosing to share it with us. We can choose not to spread negativity in return. Simple as that.
Your approach was thoughtful and ceremonious, and your storytelling beautiful and thought provoking. I love the understanding and respect you and your dad have for each other.
As someone is also covered in tattoos people shouldn't be negative that has nothing to do with them. I get a lot of back lash because of my tattoos but then there is the amazing people who want to know the stories behind my tattoos and say how beautiful they are. People need to stop being negative and let people who want to do whatever they want with their body do it not bash them for it. Don't like it then don't watch her videos and keep your comments to yourself it's that simple.
I love the masculine and feminine aspects of your tattoos. One of my favorite symbolic themes in my personal life. The reason I’m so fascinated with baphomet. Just beautiful. Your artist seems very sweet and calming. She definitely captured the vision.
Initially I was like really a face tattoo but it looks really good . I believe you will not regret that choice. It looks really nice on you. You have more courage than most love you for who you are amazing girl
Not really. Parents have way more life experience so they see things that their kids might not. A younger person doesn't have the perspective to see how their decisions might end up years later. Parents do. Like it or not a face tattoo can really negatively affect someone's life because of how society reacts to it. You will have fewer job opportunities, more social exclusion, rude comments, etc.
@@Nayr747 that’s true to an extent but they only have perspective within the context of the time they have lived in. Attitudes have since become more progressive and accepting of individuality and body art.
@@Nayr747 as a young person who was been bullied mistreated and discriminated i am well aware of what people do when you are different. I have been bullied for many reasons, i was told countless times in my childhood, to act and think the way neurotypical ppl do or not be gay, i was not only bullied but i was told too many times to change myself to be accepted more. And i knew, i saw the backlash of not bending to others’ will. But i still decided to keep pushing and to not try to change my personality to be “normal”. It was a conscious decision, i was fully aware of consequences. Children and teens are not stupid. I was not stupid. I did see consequences, i just decided it wasnt important enough to stop me. All decisions that come with sacrifice are a balance between cost and gain. Still sometimes we ofc make mistakes. Sometimes we are wrong. But how can someone else that the person themselves can asses the risk of a personal decision? How can someone else decide if something is important enough for you to make a sacrifice? Something that is so personal so deel How can someone ELSE decide whats important to YOU. It doesn’t matter if someone is a stranger or your own mother. No one can get into your head and decide what you care about the most. Parents don’t know whats best. Parents are people. People make mistakes just as we do, because surprise surpriese; we are human too. I think that everyone has the capacity to see how a decision might affect their future, and the decision to move forward with it really depends on which risks you decide you are willing to take. And maybe yes young people are less concerned by risks. But at the end its not anyone elses place to decide.
@@Nayr747 maybe 10 years ago... these days your lawyers, doctors and nurses all have tattoos.... maybe the local sandwich bar won't employ you, but honestly, aim higher, in a certified career you can wear your art proudly 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
@@krist3nmari38 They don’t have face tattoos! Most careers of that nature require you to conceal your tattoos while at work. But Stephi’s an artist, so I think she’ll be just fine.
I think the tattoos are pretty, I'm just changing all the time I'm sure I could never sit with a permanent tattoo and be ok with it for more than 2 weeks. I'm just all over the place and my aesthetic and interest change more than I change socks. I'm so happy you're continuing to share your journey with us. I know not everyone will get it but that's life, keep on being you, you wonderful ray of sunshine!
Same here. I got one tattoo years ago. I don't hate it, but I'm really grateful I never got more. Having this thing on your body that reminds you of chapters and chapters ago (especially when you weren't happy and hadn't found yourself yet at the time) is weird. But that's just me. A lot of people don't seem to feel how I do, and that's cool for them.
For a neurological background I just would like to point out that the left hemisphere of the brain represents the language part and the right represents more of the logical/spacial thinking part that you need for math for example. What was actually found out is that women have a slight advantage when it comes to language and men when it comes to logical/spatial thinking. Which means what you would call the "women side" would actually be the left hemisphere of the brain and the "masculin side" would be the right hemisphere. But maybe this is more built up on a spiritual believe than actual neuroscience 🤷♀️ But I like the tattoo think it looks nice on you 😊
@@entertainmentfolloworgomis3169 sure 😊 It should be in all the basic biological psychology books. We read one in German which is called "Biologische Psychologie" from Rainer Schandry. But there are many others in English as well!
As someone who doesn't have any tats or piercing, all your tats are beautiful and this new one is so well done and the artist and you took this piece of art to the next level. It's your body, so your choices. And companies shouldn't discriminate people who were tats on places other people can see. Sending you hugs from the Netherlands 🇳🇱
Stephi, great tats. They are sophisticated, and I felt the tattoo artist did a wonderful job. Happy you fulfilled a life long dream. Don't worry about what others think, it is your life! big hugs!
I work with the masculine and feminine energy dynamic and absolutely love these tattoos. I'm so happy for you. This artist is really connected. I loved the vibe of this video too. This whole experience feels Divine. Thank you for sharing ♡
her dad loves her deeply he is just concerned of the outside world judging her but she is one strong young lady doing her thing on her terms...ps I don't not condone the face tats at all but she did it stephi classly NOW STOP YOUNG LADY LOL
Looking absolutely awesome. Would never dare to do that, just because the world is too narrow-minded that it's likely to cause people to judge and be prejudiced. You go girl, you be you, it's fabulous.
I'm not usually a fan of face tattoos. 1) they are beautiful and suit your vibe perfectly. 2) why would anybody tell you "no, not on the face!"? Your journey is yours, and yours alone. It is not for other people to give you permission to do, whatever you want to do! I can't wait to see you're vlogs living in your beautiful van, btw. It's going to be a hell of a ride!❤👍✌
Wow! I love them. 💓 I got quite emotional watching the video. Not sure why, maybe a connection to you and the tattoo artist. 😉 I'm an empath, so it happens a lot. Anyway, I think your choice of tattoos is absolutely beautiful. I'm a 63yr old woman and have been getting my own tatts over the last 7yrs. All have meaning and are something no-one can take away from me. My favourite is my Nan's personal writing taken from a 50yr old letter. "Your ever loving Nan xxxx". Even at my age that means so much to me. She passed when I was 9yrs old and I still miss her. 😊 Keep on being you and enjoying your life's journey. Thanks for sharing. xx
These tattoos are truly stunning on you. I love the way you have chosen to show your true expression of self. You’re very inspiring. This video was beautifully done. It really helped me take a break in my day and remind myself to take a moment for me. You are a remarkable young woman Stephi. Thank you for this wonderful video. It was exactly what I didn’t know I needed today 🤍. Much love to you my dear.
By far one of the most beautiful face tattoos I have seen! Looks stunning on you and I really love the way it 'came' to you and on your skin. I haven't watched your videos in quite a while, you grew, you are glowing beautifully Stephi 🖤
That looks amazing! I have wanted a back piece with the same principles of the balance of masculine and feminine energy since I was about 16 as well, just never felt like I found the right artist who set a sacred space such as this. I think I found my artist! Thank you for sharing! Does this artist have an email to discuss booking or did you just discuss over IG before booking your session??
Stephi please don’t let any negativity get to you it’s your body your life the tattoos are absolutely beautiful and have a beautiful meaning behind them they look so good and fit you so well I absolutely love them 🤍 wishing you peace and positivity on your journey to cali ✨
I have litteraly hundreds of tattoos and have never wanted a face tattoo nor will I ever have one. At the end of the day it is your body and your choice. Screw the haters. Your new tattoos actualy look pretty cool and if you don't like them in a year or two they are easily removed ( because of the method used to do them not being as dep as a normal tattoo ) and you can also grow hair of them. They rck :-)
This is for sure the most beautiful face tattoo I have ever seen and it suits your style SO well... on the face of a beautiful soul :) I love how you were asked to set your intentions during the process too. Nevermind the negative feedback from undeveloped minds, live the life you want and always stay true to yourself. Love your videos and love your essence !! Your transparency is very inspiring too. Have a great day Stephi
I don't want to set a negative tone, and I think the tattoos are perfect for you. I think the Artist could just stick to what she is good at and can the metaphysical yarn... It was to me a bit over the top. Philosophy is the talk on a cereal box.
Ain’t gonna lie never been a huge fan of face tattoos but stinking LOVE yours. And the symbolism behind it all is just beautiful. Congrats on the new new, Stephi! 💖
I don’t normally comment and haven’t watched this yet. Just seeing this on my feed and looking forward to watching. Stephi you’re my spirit animal. You brighten my days in general and with my own health issues and tribulations. You’re a beautiful soul and don’t let anyone take that from you.
I really don't understand some of the negativity in the comments. Your body your choice. Steffi, my opinion doesn't mean shit, yours is the only one that matters, but I'd still like to say they're stunningly beautiful and the meaning and the process of getting them is beautiful too. I hope your intentions manifest for you
They were so pretty, Steffi! Goes well with your other tattoos, too . Your dad...think he may like them when he sees them. He probably was scared you covered your pretty face with something that took away from your face . Those was like they always been there because they're so you and delicate. 🔷️🔹️⚜🔹️🔷️🌬💕
After sitting here thinking about this Steph.....I don't know but it is kinda like each side is a crown and you are the center....You have had a hard life that we can't understand yet you have conquered it you are on meds you have a future and it is as if this decision was a way of saying I AM OK I AM GOING TO BE OK I don't know it just feels like a ending to the fight of long hard years and now you can breathe literally and Just be YOU
Honestly I was so stressed before watching this and now I feel so calm this is why I love watching your vids. I got into your vids when i was experimenting with psychedelics actually. You're energy was captivating.
You and your dad have come a long way - forgiveness and acceptance - they are life changing - a beautiful thing! I’m not a fan of face tattoos (I’m a senior!) but I actually like yours because it is pretty and not overpowering your pretty face. ❤️🇨🇦
@@CamaroAmx My 62 year old friend is covered in tattoos. One of my tattoos is 40yrs old,I got it when I was 15. Mostly everyone I've known has multiple tattoos, the tattooed eyebrows is a new trend.
I love that you have been thoughtful about your tattoo choices and that they are meaningful to you. You have a deeper sense of the path that you are on in my opinion. Glad that you chose what works for you and your life.
When I read the title I thought you got a bold tattoo on your forehead or something and my first reaction was like "Nooo, why would she so this!?" But after actually watching the video and seeing your tattoos I must say they're very gorgeous, they suit you and they have a beautiful meaning. It's also way more subtle than I thought it'd be. You know why you're doing what you're doing so always stay true to yourself, even if it would mean getting a bold tattoo on your forehead.
That is freakin' awesome!! The feminine and the masculine duality with these kinds of gorgeous designs? Really, really cool Stephi. (They look amazing too)
Just wanted to say you’re stunning with or without a face tattoo, but that tattoo is GORGEOUS. She did an incredible job & I see why you waited & went to her! She seems very inspiring. & I loved what your idea was for masculine & feminine, it’s absolutely a great concept for a tattoo. & I loved it. Thank you for sharing with us. :)
love it..and love the chats and sharing what you beleive too.....im wondering if its really less painfull, all mine hurt, havnt got any face one tho !! big love :)
They're absolutely beautiful. And I think those tattoos "suit You to a tee". This may sound "out there" but it's like You were always meant to get those tattoos. It's like something is more "complete " within and without You. Plus they don't intrude on Your face. They boarder Your face perfectly...... I was just surprised that You didn't need to wrap cling wrap around them, like what happens with other tattoos....... ⚛️☮️🦋🌏
I'm not a fan of tattoos, let alone face tattoos. However the design and placement of your face tattoos really complement and enhance your already beautiful face. Sending positivity and best wishes from across the pond in the UK.
That conversation at the end of the video with her tattoo artist was very soothing and pure to me idk why. Like they’re both so positive and have that kind tone behind their words and it makes me feel so happy. But yeah i love them! So beautiful ❤️
I have a face tattoo and have had it for many years, and have known many others also with face tattoos. We have jobs and make money (legally even lol), and do everything else just fine. Never have regretted it and would not give up the experience if i could do it all over. I will say though that i wanted it for over 20 years, so it was not a snap decision. Many people have many opinions about things they have no experience with, or understanding of and i don't pay them any mind (still be kind to them though if you can). Live your life. Enjoy life. Even if you don't like it later, it does not have to impact your enjoyment of life unless you choose to allow it to. In my worthless opinion, i really like your new face tattoo. No Regerts!
@Stephi Lee It's your body and your choice. We all can make our own decisions when we are adults. If those don't like what you do or say they can leave!!!
Really don’t understand why everyone’s being so negative in the comments. Most of us are stuck in jobs where we couldn’t do this, you’re not so why not go for it? It’s stupid that certain tattoo placements are more socially acceptable than others anyway. These tattoos ended up really beautiful.
I have found a few. But I always think that we don't make racist choices and don't discriminate. But when it comes to tats a lot of people talk shit about it and companies won't hire people with tats. That to me is also discrimination. Btw I don't have tats at all and no piercing but I love beautiful and meaningful tats on people, also on the face and neck.
I know you and your dad have had your struggles in the past...but that exchange absolutely melted my heart!!! Perfect example of putting your love and care for the happiness of another ahead of your own personal preferences (for those being negative in the comments...be more like dad!) xx
I remember posting tthat i wanted a face tattoo and i got a bunch of hateful replies. The line most often used to me when i talk about getting more tattoos is "your body is a temple" Okay... I've never seen a temple that is not decorated with beautiful designs in the stone work, paintings, sculptures, gold and decorative paints. So yeah I guess my body is a temple and i'll continue to make it beautiful. Your new ink is stunning Stephi!!! and so very you!!
I love your tattoos! And I’m old enough to be your mom! Lol I was a little worried when I read “face “ tattoos but they look beautiful! When I think face tattoos I picture stitches the rapper! Lmao!
I don’t have any tattoos. I work in a corporate job and can’t see the sense in getting anything done if it has to be easily coverable. What better place is there to show such beautiful artwork than framing your face? I love it! Also, listening to the artist talk about the design made my heart sing ❤️
this is absolutely beautiful. I didn't think a face tattoo would be anything for me (just because the ones I've seen haven't looked that great), but if this woman did it I would 100%. I love how much love and passion she puts into it, this looks like a true life changing process... thank you for the video, you look stunning and unique.
