D_love People come at christians for a lot of things nowadays, so a lot of celebs don't claim to be one or believe in God in fear of what their non-believing fans may say or do. I've seen celebrities wiggle around the subject in interviews and it's sad.

Never feel guilty for being a working parent. I'd rather you work long hours to provide better and talking about your kids all day than coming home on time and never talking to your kids at all.
I think its important to find time for both. Its nothing at all with working and bringing home the bacon but make sure still make time for your family because at the end of the day family is all you got and of course God. Money will come and go but your family is your family, once their gone you will never get them back. The reason Im saying this is because my coworker lost her 16 year old son in hit and run over the holidays and her biggest regret was that she missed out on so much time with him because of work and its really hitting her hard.
Andeavor - I had both growing up and having at least one parent around is 1,000% better. I was a latchkey kid in high school and it was just awful. I understand people want to work, but we would have been just fine on one income. We (as kids) don't need stuff, we need food, clothing & shelter. Period.
Abby I thouht those jokes were harsh, I for one love it when Tamera talks about her kids, she lights up and it's clear to see they are her world and where she is happiest. To make her stop talking about them is taking away her joy. It makes sense she would talk about them as they are on her mind, but what is she to do, they talk about child discipline or schooling or parent relationships and she just not even talk about her children? Tamera, your children always look happy and healthy and you show how much you care for them. They will go far with a parent like you by their side.

Poor Jeannie, I hope she gets over her regret. It's hard, but I'm glad she learned something and is able to teach us. No matter how good our intentions are it's never right to lie. And Tamera needs to forget the haters. Only miserable people have a problem with her loving and talking about her children. If they are "tired" of it, they shouldn't watch. If you aren't a mom, you shouldn't talk. Period.
Jeannie needs to know that it's not because of the lie that the person ended up how they are now. Jeannie did the best she thought at the moment, whether it was the truth or not, and that's all she could have done.
I remember there was a twitter comment shaming her for always talking about her kids and how dull she was and it was viral because Tamera spoke back. I never knew it hurt Tamera so much :((

She's right. I'm a working mom and it's no joke. Mom guilt is real and I feel like I'm never giving enough. And I don't mind her talking about her kids. Bring up all you want to Tam!!
This is why you don't talk smack on celebrities/ANYONE. I always see comments making fun of Tam because she always talks about her family. That's because they are her world! It's hard to be a working mother these days. You have guilt for working but then people also talk negative on stay at home mothers. I say each family is different. If the mother has to work or can't both it's okay . Tam is an amazing mother and is probably more of a mother than many who talk so ugly in these comments. Don't talk if you don't know their heart. I'm glad Tam finally spoke up about this.
Tamera is a GREAT mom, because she cares. Iv'e seen so many hate comments about it, and I admit it was funny sometimes because she does seem repetitive but I hope those comments cease and it makes sense now to those who didn't understand.
I'm guilty because I told my friends mom that I didn't want anymore dinner, & when I got back to the crib I was more hungry than Soulja Boy looking for beef. Our fridge was empty as hell 😭😭😭😭💀

A lot of people like to say 'Tamera always has to mention her kids and how she's the best mom' 'Oh here comes Tamera mentioning her kids again'. It can take it's toll and I don't think it's fair to blame Tamera for being upset when she wasn't the one who thought making silly comments was a good idea. All these people may be hiding behind a screen but they don't realise what could happen.

If it's constantly being commented, obviously it's going to start to affect you and I think she's already been a victim of bullying from Sister Sister and as somebody who's been bullied myself, any whiff of people making fun really just makes you completely distraught.
I honestly thought it was such a beautiful thing that Tamera talks about her family a lot. It shows that she's very proud of the family and the blessings that she has. It shows that she is greatful, and that's how everyone should feel about the people that they love.
Tamera you are not alone! I was a working mom for the first year of my sons life and it KILLED me! But even as a stay at home mommy now #MomGuilt never goes away. But know that we have it because we TRULY LOVE ❤️ our babies 👶🏽!!! Ariah & Aden know their mommy loves them! I would bet my money on that (& no I do NOT personally know you). I LOVE LOVE LOVE WHEN TAMERA TALKS ABOUT HER FAMILY AND HUSBAND. It was honestly the only reason I started binge watching the real on youtube. I am in love with how genuine and caring she is. its really hard to feel sorry for a millionaire with an ignorant husband , but I do feel bad for her. I can't imagine the love a mother has for her kids. but its not like she's having to go work in the fields, or in a dusty building or at a minimum wage job. she's going to events, she's on TV , she's going to red carpets . yes its not all glam, but its not a chore. if she wanted to, she could retire early and spend nothing but time with her kids. its hard to feel bad for someone who is making the choice to be away from her kids , there's mothers who have no choice but to be gone all day and night working 2 or 3 jobs to make sure they can house, feed and cloth their kid. I get Rich people are no different than anyone else, but don't come to my screen crying about your petty little issues when my neighbors can't find a job and are being evicted before they can find a new home.

It's hard to feel bad for a millionaire because you yourself are not the millionaire and deep inside you are envious of them.Yes there are many rich people who are selfish but we must not forget about those who give back. Some people can't help to be born with a certain amount of money and some have to work really hard to get it, but we have to understand that money does not define a persons heart. Brii Ceee like money buys happiness... Money has nothing to do with feelings ! People kill me with " they aren't living as hard as we do , they understand the real struggle" if you lived in the world where cameras are all around them , and people taking unwanted pictures and always asking questions that have nothing to do with their upcoming projects... She's a human being , she's a mother , she's a wife , she's a sister , she's a friend , she's a daughter , she's a co-host ! Just because somebody does not have the same occupation as you , or in the same situation as you does not mean they don't have guilt or issues...

You're right , she cries over something that she can easily fix when there are people who literally have no choice but to work all those hours and are away from there kids . When it comes to situations like this it's hard to sympathize, because as mentioned before this is an issue that can easily be fixed . What was she doing when this show wasn't even on? She was spending time with her kids!
I am so happy that I found The Real. I am completely in love with this show and the realness it brings to people. I am a 23 year old single mother (dad is not in the picture at all). I work 2 jobs 75 hours a week. I have a beautiful 3 year old little boy who is my world. I don't see him as much as I would like and it's so hard, it's heartbreaking. This show lets people know they aren't the only ones who feel the way that they do and that's a great thing. I don't have a lot, or any, moms that are around my age that understand what it's like to do it all myself. So when I see their posts and their invites and then going to functions with their kids that I can't do, it's extremely defeating. The Real and you ladies on it, have changed my life. I know that sounds dramatic but sometimes there is nowhere to turn and so I turn to you guys. Thank you so much for opening your hearts and lives up to us.
This topic really tore me apart because these are REAL PERSONAL issues that everyone goes through and people can relate when they watch these ladies talk about it ! I would to say Tamera , you are a wonderful mother , there is no need to worry about your children they will be fine as long as you love them no matter how far apart you are from them ! Jeannie , I understand that you family member needs time to think about has passed and eventually forgive you , I'm sure God will find a way to make you guys reconcil ! Loni it was nice of you to hold the girls down and make the, feel a little bit better about their guilt ! And Ade , those kids love the way you love them... Ok, this is the real so let's just do that. This show has been on of my favorite for a very long time probably the only talk show I've really go into. All four of these ladies are smart, funny, beautiful and much more. But sometimes they have their flaws within the show as we all do as humans, because we are not perfect. The real is on tv because of the people at home. Now I feel like everyone is entitled to their own opinion but we as fans should keep it real too, and there has been multiple occasions where Tamera has brought up her BEAUTIFUL children a lot of times when the subject was not even about kids. I sympathize with Tam tam but I do see where other people come from when they say she talks about her babies a lot. But you have to understand that's she's probably away from her babies filming and doing other stuff which is why she talks about them so much, but I think that production should hear the fans out sometimes because some stuff talked about on this show is repeated a lot. It's show business, people talk. I love this show and always will.
Jovan Bercey If Tamera feels guilty not seeing her kids as often as she'd like, why doesn't she opt out of some projects, so she can spend more time with them? She seems rich, she could afford to wind back a bit. I mean this with the utmost respect.
Jovan Bercey I honestly agree, I feel like she is a great mom, and a strong women, but I feel like she has a tough time dissociating from family and job, I remember once, even Jeannie previously said that her and Tamar would constantly talk about her kids and she would feel left out.... it's not that we don't want to hear about the blessings of a mom, it's just that alot of times before tamera opens her mouth, we often know what her response will be, or what she'll say about her family. I appreciate her, but I wish she would actually think before being sensitive over an issue, and think to herself, "wait a second maybe I need to tone that down a bit," that's all. Other than that, I think she's great....

I truly understand what Jeanie is saying. I feel like she didn't do anything wrong, but I also feel like she should have sat down and talk to her family member to talk about the situation at hand. I seen a lot of comments on Tamera speaking on in her children. I actually do enjoy hearing her speak about her children and seeing her light up like she does when she's talking about her kids is that most beautiful thing to witness. So Tamera you talk about those babies always, forget those haters Mama.
From what I understand, Jeannie felt that by lying to her loved one about their finances, it would help them get their life under control (possibly lying about the person having less to spend in order to help them not spend so much). But that person wound up feeling depressed because they believed her lie about the finances and possibly made them feel inadequate because they didn't have the finances they thought they should have had. When it was revealed that Jeannie lied, it not only hurt them but betrayed the trust they had in Jeannie. Jeannie's regret at "being God" is due to her trying to control the course of someone else's life rather than letting that person and God work it out themselves. As a Christian, she feels guilty because she was trying to play God through deception.
That's right Mrs. Tamera. You can't please everybody, and you should not try to. Those who do not want to hear about your children and husband can watch something else. People who run their mouths and say negative things about others are ALWAYS going to do this because that is their life. They obviously have nothing better to do. I personally enjoy hearing about your family. I hardly watch television at all because I just do not have the time. However, I do watch RU-vid clips from time to time. I only discovered this show less than a year ago and I must say that you are one of the main reasons I watch these clips. I love to see that there are still some women who have Christian values and believe in Bible principles, family togetherness, loving your children and husband, and respecting yourself and others. I knew about your show Sister Sister when it was on some years ago because my niece used to watch it. However, I feel like I know you personally since I have been watching just clips of this show, (The Real). I want you to know that I truly enjoy listening to your ideas and opinions which I know are mostly based on what you have learned from the Holy Scriptures, your mother, and life experience. By the way, I would love to meet you and your mother. I feel like you both are very good role models. It seems that your mother has given you much good advice. Please do not allow people's negative comments to cause you even an ounce of stress. It is not worth it. I always say that you should not ever change for anyone but God. If you are trying to change to better yourself for you and your loved ones, that is what God wants. Not that it matters, but in my opinion, you are a very nice person, just the way you are.

One of the many reason I love this show is the honestly they share with us. They feel comfortable talking about God and personal problems as well as problems the world has. It really shapes young women to become mature and sophisticated, very proud of these ladies and very proud to be a fan of them!

I've been off Monday and Tuesday and I must say this is THE REAL, I'm use to seeing! relatable, and talking about real things,not to just spill your beans but also to loosen up a bit and have fun,that was something I witnessed in one of the show on Monday or Tuesday as well, reminding me of season 1,seems the writers,producers are getting they stuff together behind the scenes,noticed other things as well, I'll be watching 👀💜💜💜💜

this is what makes the real different from the rest of the talk shows. They are not afraid to open up and be actually real with their fans. What touches me the most is that they don't care or do this for fun, but they do this to reach and touch someone from their experience. Love this show ❤ and continue to do great things
I don't think people don't want tamera to talk about her kids. It's just that they are all she talks about. I think we wanna know more about tamera herself, about her friendships with people in or out of the industry, other family members like her dad or cousins or in laws etc.
Nawal oon Exactly! I want to know about your hardships with friends and other family members BESIDES Adam and the kids. She doesn't have to go into extreme specifics. She can be like Jeannie and just explain the situation without saying names and getting into the nitty gritty of it on national television. But I want something more than JUST "I'm a mom of two kids, I don't have time for that" while talking about if the co hosts love wearing pink or blue nail polish.
My problem is not that she loves her kids too much, it's that this show is becoming predictable and redundant because of certain hosts saying the same things over and over again. I'm not gonna go into it because a lot of people are in their feelings.
Tamera, I do not have children but I love listening to you talking about your kids and husband. I am married and I look up to you. As a certified working professional and a wife who hope to some day have children, I see you as a role model. Do not let others change you. Everything about you, I truly admire you. Your personality, your values, your style, you're beautiful inside and out. That's rare.
I'm so glad Tamera addressed that. I'm tired of people saying negative things about her being all about her family. Some of us are looking forward to that day, and once you get it, you shouldn't be made to feel bad for being grateful and proud of what you've been blessed with. Having 9 nieces and nephews, I look forward to Tamera's stories because like she said, they are constantly changing. Don't feel guilty Tamera. Trust me, your kids will be grateful for all of your hard work and love. I was raised by two working parents and my grandparents plus a caretaker had to help, but today I am twenty years old and closer to my parents and grandparents than any other person I know at my age.
I love Tamera's authenticity so much! Her honesty is clear. My mother quit her job in administration to raise me at home, yet she still tells me (years later today) that she at times resented being a full time stay a home mom. I applaud working mothers 100%. You go Tam!
I was never part of the 2016 "two-kids" or "i'm a mom" jokes. Tamera you should be allowed to speak about whatever you feel like (it's your job, your life and your choice)...that said I also think people pointing out that that's pretty much almost always your response to most discussions isn't untrue either. Just like for Adrienne, she always brought about wanting to be married or her "as a Latina" lines or Loni with her liquor jokes (and from what I recall people went ham on Loni and her liquor jokes at some point).... There are many other hosts that are mom's and have little kids who don't bring them up all the time/ at least not as their dominant response to most questions.... If you want to bring up the mom/kids all the time, then you should just own it but girl, don't get mad at people for observing that you do. And for the rest of my Real comment friends, unless you were hitting below the belt, I don't think anyone should be made to feel bad for pointing out the obvious.

Sonders you first started off by pointing out that Tamera should be free to talk about whatever she wants, but then you ended up spewing out from your heart that Tamera should not be reflecting on her role as a wife and mother all the time. Your stance is a wavering stance. You need to decide what you are wholeheartedly for and what you are wholeheartedly against. To sit on the fence leaves you being neither for or against. You implied that Tamera should own what she is proud of. Well. if you listen to her you would clearly discern that she is first and foremost unapologetically proud and unashamed of delighting in being a godly woman who is virtuous wife and a mother who understands that she and her husband are responsible for shaping her children lives. She in unashamed of loving the role of wife and mother she is blessed by God with. Her Career should be and indeed is secondary to her responsibilities at home-to her husband and children and she is unashamed and transparent in this regard. Her tears came because judging from the condescending and condemnatory unjust judgements cast at her, it's apparent that many folks have a disdain for her love for her family and would rather that she speak of what their love is for; in effect, they would much rather her suffocate and be ashamed of her own truth and instead be pretentious/flatter them by talking instead about what their own desires are so that their personal desires are pleased whilst she turn herself into a liar who would be tormented within... I AM SO GLAD THAT THIS TALK SHOW IS CALLED "The REAL".... May everyone meditate on that and find gladness within our heart from knowing that Tamera is free and has the liberty to be REAL and therefore she does not have to feel compelled to live a lie to please anyone. My wish for every soul this new year (2017) is that we will all find strength from God to be unashamed in loving what is perfect and righteous in his sight.
Tamera, I hope you see this, I am a nurse and I work 3-4 twelve hour shifts per week, and sometime I cry because I am not there with my kids and their father is. I pray so much and I realized that unless you give up your career the struggle for balance does not end. So I make the best of each moment with them. I recommend you Facetime with them, and read books, record them often so you can watch in your spare time. And give them a lot of love! And have fun. Also, working can be very stressful, try not to be too hard on yourself or them when you are home. Be patient and understanding and I believe you will feel more peace over time.
