My J pipe, the nuts that hold to manifold to upstream cats are Nonexistent. Rusted so bad there is half the threads on one bolt. Its the Road Salt. New type of salt they use is crystalizing on aluminum/zinc coated bolts.

The rust struggle is real. Causes so many problems. Literally ALL cars ive owned had rust. Thats why i can never have a fully clean car

I tap mine underneath the IM for the IAT sensor looks good and clean. Don't tap it on your CAI
