Pokémon Run & Bun Hardcore Nuzlocke - #34 - Originally Streamed 6/20/24

Pokémon Run & Bun is at it's core a difficulty hack of Emerald, created by dekzeh. It is hard.
Normal Nuzlocke Ruleset:
1. Fainting = Death
2. Can only catch the first Pokémon I find on each Route.
3. Nickname Pokémon
Hardcore Nuzlocke Ruleset:
4. No items in battle (held items okay)
5. No leveling past the next gym leader/E4 (at the START of the battle)
6. Play on "Set" battle mode
Extra Rules:
7. EVs are turned OFF

@@Luke-we9gj pretty sure the mention of attempt one is just to point out how crazy it is he's THIS far on his first attempt. this game is unbelievably hard and getting 6 badges at all is quite a feat, getting 6 badges in the first attempt is pretty much unprecedented among streamed attempts.

To add context to the comment above, many of the fights in this game, especially later in the game, can take several hours to plan for. A lot of people who follow casually don't necessarily understand that. So they'll see a highlight video that has one or two fights and think, "That's all you managed in an entire stream?" When, in actuality, that's just the nature of this game.
