Thats why Biden is to 2020 what Hillary was to 2016. Maybe some People didnt vote for Hillary cause she is a woman, but I bet most we're hesitant cause she just wasnt what People wanted, cause of what she stands for and it felt like she was forced on the People. And to be fair, the majority still voted for the more qualified woman in the race, its just the fault of your weird and i think outdated System she didnt win.
@cnj67 Hillary Clinton is not the only woman in America. Her being a woman was not the sole thing contributing to her loss and does not mean we should just lock women out of the presidency forever.
Bernie has been in office for 43 years and has one bill that was not naming a post office. In only three years, Warren has sponsored at least 36 bills, including the Equal Employment Act for All, the Schedules That Work Act, the Trade Transparency Act, and the Fed Accountability Act. She consistently fights for legislation that champions for women’s rights, paid family leave, low-wage workers, fair trade and affordable education. Warren can do better than Bernie .
I think someone to the right of her would be a better VP pick. Like Buttigieg. Edit: He’s young, therefore inherently has less baggage. His policies are vague and different enough that people who aren’t 100% on board with Warren can say he balances her out, but close enough they wouldn’t be adversarial. It doesn’t matter anyway because the VP generally has little policy influence (notwithstanding Cheney). And he has undoubtedly has a lot of charisma. Most importantly he’s from the Rust Belt (which is a huge asset, so as long as we are still using our outdated electoral college system). He’d be the best VP pick POLITICALLY in my opinion
I'm fine with either Sanders or Warren as the nominee (prefer Warren), but IMO we shouldn't give up a secure senate seat just to have them be VP (even if it'd be taken by another Dem). They can do more as Senators. I think Buttigieg would make an excellent VP-- not really experienced enough to qualify for President over the other runners, but he's young and charismatic and well-spoken. He'd be a great support/spokesman for the Pres, and that's basically what a VP does. No need to pack the ticket with two people who are already in positions of substantial power.

If another candidate, experienced at elected office or not, is lacking in plans to address that issue or does not acknowledge the severity of what will happen to our country when the most common jobs in America simply cease to exist, they should.
