I recorded a whole bit talking about how important it is to know your modules but cut it just down to this jam. Let me know if you want to hear it. The main bit is that if you get to know your modules so much you're able to just reach out and change stuff, it's kind of magical.
I went from not really loving the varigate to loving how flexible it is, that there's 4 easy to access save points, that it takes per step clock. The key for me has been to attenuate voltage intended for pitch and quantize it with the Bard Quartet.
The Shakmat Bard Quartet definitely plays a huge role here. It makes this whole case way more playable so that when I got to create, there's much less friction and I can just jump into a jam and create. Highly suggest.
