my biggest and luckily most easily solved issue was not finishing combos, but i was mostly happy with how i played neutral besides all the 2D whiffs

Because he doesn't have a command grab. Also quite a bit of +R (and even some Xrd) characters can combo off of their throws, normal Sol included
