hi.. if making jollof rice when would be the best time to add the uncooked rice? When you added the meat? or is it traditionally eaten as a stew alongside plain rice?

Thanks, love but this is my favorite.. did you mention when to add the chopped tomatoes? Did you blend along with the sautéed veggies? Edit: just re-watched and see that they are for display with this recipe. Haha. I love your energy and personality by the way!! Thank you for the videos

Not sure why pple from west africa fights over the best jollof. Im from southern africall and i have tasted jollof rices from your countries. All tastes different and nice. Of course each of u thinks yos is the best coz thats wat u grew up eating. Yo tongue is well accustomed to the taste
