In this video I am going to talk about Knee Pain in Urdu. Knee Pain treatment plans are offered to patients according to severity of their disease which is assessed on X-Rays.
Conservative treatment is offered to patients who present to us with Mild form of Knee Osteoarthritis.
Conservative treatment includes different NSAID Medications, Injections and gel for topical application. Different Preventions are also advised to the patients along with Physiotherapy of Knee joints. Hot packing of Knee Joints is also advised to the patient for Knee pain relief.
Different Preventions for Knee Pain patient are:
1. Use Commod Chair or Commod in Wash Room.
2. Use a Chair during saying prayers.
3. Don’t Squat.
4. Don’t Climb stairs.
5. Don’t Bend Your Knees repeatedly.
6. Take Bed Rest in case of Severe Pain.
7. Obese Patients are advised to lose weight.
Intra Articular Knee Joint Injections are advised for moderate Osteoarthritis.
