It's exactly as bad as Nutella for your health and should be eaten in small quantities for dessert, and not be given to children for breakfast because it's nonsense. It's better than Nutella because it's probably cheaper, and doesn't contain palm oil, whose production is an ecological disaster. But don't pretend it's healthy because it's homemade. That's called appeal to nature and it's idiotic

@@MonsieurBiga nobodys saying its healthy but A) giving a little to kids every mow and then wont hurt and B) nutella is 70% sugar amd palm oil. This has much less sugar and if you want, there are recipes out there thay rely solely on the little sugar found in melted dark chocolate.
