@@TyBrezzy11 #1 not really. #2 when it does happen its because he plays hard. It's an athletic competition. This is a good thing. If he was more concerned about being gentle and bringing his opponents hot cocoa and pillows he would lack that competitive edge that makes athletes great.

Skip is a hypocrite. He'll roast one player for having a "poor" free throw % (in the 70% range) like Luka, LeBron or in this case Giannis, and yet ignore the same fault in his favourite players, like Shaquille O'Neal. Giannis is as dominant a player, albeit in a somewhat different way, than Shaq was, and has a better FT% than Shaq, similar numbers at their peak Shaquille 99-00 30pts / 13reb / 4asts / 0.5st / 3blks Giannis '21-22 30pts / 12reb / 6asts / 1 st / 1blk Oh, and by the way, Shaq FT% for the same year is 52.4% and Giannis for the same year is 72.2%. And yet Giannis is an incomplete player, and Shaq is the most dominant player ever, according to Skip. Also Shaq was only ever All-NBA Defence 3 times in his career, and yet Giannis has won DPOY, and been All NBA Defence 5 times. I'm not saying this to knock Shaq (I loved him as a player), but to demonstrate Skip's hypocrisy.
Skip is actually pretty smart. he knows that half of the people who watch the show will come to listen to his proposterous arguements about Giannis and takes advantage of that. It's just business for him.
I don't really care for any nba player in today's league.. most are arrogant, selfish, unappreciative and self entitled. Gianni's on the other hand is the opposite of all those. I absolutely love the man, respect his game and his whole demeanor. What a true role model and competitor. He should give classes on humility and humbleness to the rest of the league.

I grew up watching Kobe. He is my favorite player and it’s nowhere near close. Giannis and Steph are my favorite players in the league and I really have so much love and respect for both. But Giannis I am so excited to see how much greater he will become. He seems to keep improving even though he is already the best player in the world. Humbled, talented and Mamba Mentality
I love watching KD play, but I admire players who remain loyal to the teams that drafted them. When a broadcaster starts talking shit just to get attention and the player stays quiet and proves him wrong on the court, I admire him even more.
I love this new generation of superstars. The character and personality of guys like Giannis, Luka, Jokic etc absolutely trump the like of LeBron, Embiid and Harden.
To be honest, Giannis was kinda cute when he was a younger guy in the nba. His voice is so much lower than his was YEARS ago. And totally different subject, but Giannis is one of the most likable players ever.

@@tooforwon241 I think skip is just a better antagonist. Hollins' eyes would get big and he'd just look like a bad actor. Skip was one of the worst things to happen to sports talk shows. I used to always watch ESPN back in the day but it seemed like after he got that big contract a bunch of dummies figured it would be a way to make a bunch of cash having the controversial take. The shows would have a gimmick to make it interesting like around the horn or pardon the interuption. Now the reporters have a gimmick and it's embarassing lol
@@tooforwon241 The only show I watch now is NBA on TNT. I don't always agree with Kenny, Shaq or my man Chuck but I never feel like they're trying to have a crazy opinion or trying to get a headline, I always feel like they're giving their opinions. And they're genuinely entertaining.
Tbh man I feel that a lot of the top American NBA analysts like to hate on the non-American players because they like to see the Americans as the best. But unfortunately at the moment, possibly the top few players in the league are all from outside America

@@bririe Giannis has insane stats, almost as good as Kareem's in a tougher era and has spent his whole career there so if he stays as a buck for the rest of his prime years he will undoubtedly be the best buck of all time.
