there's a special chip to make the pilots head move randomly.!! I am both amazed and amazed with equal levels of amazement. 1,that initially somebody decided yes that is something I want and need... and 2, that it is purchase for anybody else with same thought.. we humans are awesome,genuinely.. :-)

@@thelightersideofrc I fly scale heli and would be nice to get more than 6 minutes of flight time and battery swaps are a pain. Plus the awesomeness of start up and scale sound

Beautiful plane, but do like electric gear instead air cylinder operated ones. I know weight might be better on those, but air is a beast and leaks will occur…hopefully not while flying🍀…beside the pilot is cool and the plan is waiting for weathering 🍺…cheers from Munich

Yea unfortunately with these skymaster kits and the scale gear air is the only option. Your absolutely correct! Hopefully NOT While flying!

Hi Jon , Very nicely done ! Hate chasing gremlins , had a real fish eying problem in my factory ..... Flipping welder had sprayed Silicone , on a joint !!!! Really screwed production up !! She has been Hung , Drawn and Quartered now , so all is good again !! Cheers Homeless Canuk , lol ATB Phil

Well it's a fantastic large scale Jet, love the cockpit detail and the pilot looking around, shame about the little niggles your having slowing the completion down!! But if anyone can sort it out it's you and your methodical approach!! Great job Jonathon 😄👍

canopy....check ! head of the pilot....check ! you have a door for the front gear, not for the main gear ? we can see a little bit the wheels when it's gear up ? as usual, awesome.

Hello Philippe. Yea the only air operated gear door is the front one. On the mains, one is attached to the legs and one is hinged and attached to the leg with connecting rods. Thanks for watching!

Just to let you know the A-10 ejection seat does NOT have a “D” ring between his legs. Just 2 handles on each side of the seat. If you are wanting accuracy remove it

I worked Ejection Systems for 21 years. From F-4 to F-22 T-33 to T-38 even the venerable B-52. BYW the parachute harness is wrong too

Very interesting work, I wonder how many hours you have to spend to build such a complex jet, I wish you and your family all the best in the new location and hope that I also get more courage to go further flying whit my jets because of illness, I am still building every day, new on a glider from 5m span. Hope to see you very soon back on the channel, you are a wonderful person !!!!!!

Do the fans on the front affect airflow to the engine at all ? Theyre just free spinning in the airflow right ?

I don’t think there would be any effect. Yes they just spin freely on bearings

@@thelightersideofrc Jonathan a Silly question on the JET shop? Could you Reach out to a Shed builder and have them build you a Barn style Shed for Now ? Here in America they build some big Sheds! Just a Thought here in America anything with Concrete we have to pay Taxes on it. I have seen a 14x 40 barn style shed and there not bad in Price. Maybe you can rent until money builds up. This way you can put the Swiwin 400 in the Next Build hehehehehe.

I’ve priced out a bunch of alternatives and there are many factors we are dealing with right now which we are still dealing with on the house build. Cost of materials. Because our winters get so cold here I also need to think about it being as energy efficient as possible. The pole barn idea was something we checked into as well. Unfortunately $$$$$ pricey here.
