No words for this place... Just watch and enjoy 💪 Matts charter- www.tightenupcharterscc.com Siren Lures- / sirenlures Cheers legends! America is epic!
That was one of the most well documented, detailed and amazing journeys ever. Sincerely appreciate you taking us along for the ride. My heart was pounding watching this entire event. Usually I’ll fast forward but I didn’t. Every minute was watched in pure adrenaline rush shock. Thank you!
BROOKSY epic battle bro!!!! Is Matt a Viking? He throws a spear/harpoon like one! Such a fantastic video, you are smashing it!! As always thank you for all the hard work.
Looks like an epic adventure, Jonny; that was an enormous fish! Talk about teamwork is right. I've never seen anything like it. I don't know why, but I didn't realize that tunas don't have scales. They are amazing creatures and it was cool to see how it all went down, so thanks for sharing this trip with us. Welcome to North America. I'm not sure if you are still here or not, but I hope you got away from the coast and didn't experience any of the nasty weather from the outer edge of Dorian. Our Maritime provinces (Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island) got hit but nothing like the Bahamas. My heart goes out to anyone affected by it. Heather🇨🇦
What a great video mate! Your boy looked like a professional javelin thrower tagging that tuna from about 30 feet away bro! 26:16 Those hard days fishing paid off! Love to see you in the states and elsewhere experiencing new fishing adventures!
Really intense video Jonny. Glad you showed the day by day updates. It really brought home the feeling of final day crunch time complete with ominous clouds... switch over to live bait... really feeling the gut tugging Hemingway-esque desperation kicking in. Just waiting for the great white shark attack but thankfully made it home safely for the big payday. Best sport in the world!
That was amazing brooksy. Up there with Timmy turtle's marlin. What a fish. I've read stories about them in magazines, but I've never seen the pressure, excitement and relief captured so well. Awesome team effort. Hoping this goes viral for you, this video deserves it.
Brooksie. You were great in the wheel of that boat. That was cool to see and hear your reaction to that whale. And that thresher getting away was great.
Awesome video Brooksy! Even though I do not really like the idea of taking huge fish for commercial purposes, this flick showed the amount of passion, teamwork and excitement involved in harvesting this precious ressource! I'm glad the shark came free though 😄
Stuff me that’s a horse! What an epic experience Brooksy! Even though I knew from the thumby that got him in the end I was still super stressed the whole fight haha, how good.
I always preferred to fish for brim, bass, sheepshead, crooker, and catfish. Then again I was raised in the south about 60 miles from Gulf Shores, Al. and about 50 miles from Mobile Bay. There's tons of great fishing down there. I use to drive tractor-trailer over the road and one of the paper mills we picked up from was right on Claybourne Lock and Dam. I don't know if it's true or not but I've spoken to some of the Army Corp of Engineers and have been told that there's catfish at the bottom of the dam that's about the same size as a school bus. Given that the dam has been there for "I don't know how many years" and that there's things in the water we still don't know about, I'm not going to doubt it. I enjoyed the video guys!!! Next time ya go think of all of us that (because of some reason or another) can't get out and enjoy adventures like these. I ask that you enjoy them for us. OK now, Y'all go rip some fish lips!!!
It's weird seeing videos like this in my back yard. Glad to see you didnt hack off randy's bouy. No tuna in provincetown is complete without Wayne Martin at the dock!
What?? Brooksy is suddenly in my backyard drinking 'gansett beer and (bad) Cumby's coffee! Worlds colliding! If possible Brooksy, have someone take you to the CC Canal. It's really something and you'll meet some of the best Massholes.
