You seem to be very professional at this.do you repairs for people? I have a later fatboy with an uneven blade gap.and another with too large a gap.if so,what is the charge? Thanks in advance. Jim
It looks like you have this dissemble down. I was surprised at the end where you got the bottom off but it look like you the mechanism in that goes up and down and I was wondering how you did it. I have taken a few of mine apart but 2 of them have trouble opening all of the way and I’m pretty sure it has to do with that little mechanism.
What do you use to get the retainer ring out? Do you have to hook outside it and slightly bend it? It looks like you used a small flathead but I’m not sure how exactly I’m supposed to accomplish that!
