You're right of course, but I actually felt a bit sorry for him. He was shaking so much I think he actually believed that a terrorist attack on the company was being planned.

AB is well known for using a camera which snarls, growls and "snaps" at passers by - mine does the same - just like my dog but in reality they are both very friendly and respond well to gentle words and the odd doggy treat - not for the camera of course which responds well to a smile!
The whole of Gillingham Business Park used to be an army camp. It got closed down and redeveloped. It's not surprising that the government should keep an interest in the area. It's interesting that although the 2 buildings look like warehousing units, although they have car parking there is no lorry handling facilities there.
I used to live in the area but don't ever recall there being an army camp there. Looks like it was Fort Darland/Gordon Barracks and the buildings were knocked down in the 1960's which would make sense as that was before I was born.
@@RicArmstrong There's certainly a lot of building around like that. When I used to work in telecoms I was told there are buildings in London that look like tower blocks that are rammed full of equipment.
@@corleth2868 I used to live on an Army base in Gillingham in the 70's my dad was posted there with the 2nd Royal Anglian Regiment. I don't recall the name of the base as I was only a few years old. We moved from there to Gravesend and another base called Milton Barracks.
@@hazyblue69 I'd assume you were in Brompton Barracks, in Gillingham but right next to Chatham Docks. Kitchener Barracks were in Chatham on the same road as Brompton but the other side of Chatham Docks. Not relevant to your comment but they often had Gurkhas there and you'd see them in small groups in Chatham all wearing their blazers. Chattenden Barracks are sort of half way between Brompton and Milton Barracks. There was quite a lot of military in the area and lots of red road signs to tell you where they all were ;o)
Surely a perfectly reasonable request. Anyone in public must wear a sign on their head documenting their name, address, date of birth, national insurance number and inside leg measurements.
Hey AB, I have done some contract work for HMRC and they do have what they call "Confidential" sites where these are in office complexes and industrial units. They also work along side the National Crime Agency and SOCA. I suspect the place you are auditing is a warehouse full of seized contraband
They have one up the road from me in Leicester and it Was full of seized cigarettes. I say was because it got ram raided and they stole everything.😂👍🇬🇧🇺🇦🇮🇱🇬🇧

Some people choose to get so suspicious around cameras. Someone I know once started to take photographs of a restaurant because it had some extremely interesting things to see and the owner thought that he was some sort of spy from a rival restaurant.

"can i help?" must be one of the most misused sentences in the english language, because it's actually the person who says it and who has all those questions who wants help. i'm always glad you refuse to assist them. why don't they be honest and say "can you help me?"
99.9 percent of the time, can i help would be answered with, yeah im lost, or where is unit X or im supposed to meet someone working at xyz etc etc... Its only a issue, when it is someone on a windup, aka a "auditor"
I’ve just googled HMRC gillingham business park and it come up customs and excise and IVA test centre don’t know if that’s the same area you went too. Very cagey weren’t they! And we are expected to divulge stuff to people!! Works both ways my friend as AB would say 🤣
Customs & Excise merged with Inland Revenue in 2005 to form HMRC. Building probably filled with contraband awaiting criminal proceedings or disposal. Items frequently go to auction once trials are complete.

As you say, no crime committed and he has a mega tyrant on his back, an accomplice, and a complicit woman PC who laughs when the tyrant digs the cuffs in. Its disgraceful. Im hoping to go down on Saturday and put in a complaint and take a few shots (pray for me)

@@billywescott6255 I can vividly tell anybody no job is secured than get a good sharp investment like crypto and others, it reliefs you the stress of working under pressure and tension
But investing accurately keeps you at a safe ends, you're running losses or trade seems not working because you decided to trade yourself probably after reading much books on crypto but it does not work that way
I just googled "phase 20 ambley road " . I'm probably on ANOTHER sodding watchlist now 😣 You need to do a gathering of folk with your particular skillset and line up around the perimeter all with every camera size and shape available pointed at the suspicious looking building , all occasionally looking at each other and nodding in a knowing way😆 . The double yellow lines in the first scene are not legally painted, so you can park on them. In a democracy, the government is accountable to the people, not the other way round so they should respond accurately to your questions.
I must admit you using their favourite self justifying word "suspicious" is great. Later in the interaction you could say that you are investigating. Or they are interfering with your investigation. The register you me mentioned might be Companies House. Reading between the lines, "he didn't know who you were". His terror (Mr Nice Jacket). was palpable. Transport guy was chill. Well done as a tax payer investigating.
