A perfect example of why every interaction has to be visually recorded. The senior officer immediately accused you of lying. Unless it was edited out, no apology after viewing the video. without video evidence it would be your word against his, the senior officer had already shown who he would beleive in an instance like this.
Nah mate the immediate reaction from the Sargent was to put the member of the public at a disadvantage in some interview type room the member of the public feels uncomfortable and also isn't allowed to film
I'm a Public Servant with a Local Authority in London; there is no way I could get away with telling a member of the public I serve to F Off, whether it was during working hours, or on my time off. If I did that, and got found out, I would get sacked, no questions asked, for bringing the council into disrepute.

I am convinced that part of the recruitment to join the police is to have all brain matter removed as each station has a master brain that they all share
Our police are the most unprofessional body of people in the entire country. No knowledge of the law no social skills no pride in their job or their appearance. Full of ego full of self importance full of distain for the very people they work for.

The officer made a blunder in a moment of frustration when he realised he was unarmed in a battle of wits, and hopefully will learn from it when he watches it back. I thought the sergeant 521 made a much worse impression though as with his experience he should know better. However during his conversation with you he made no effort whatsoever to de-escalate or diffuse the situation and his attitude and demeanor was condescending at best and borderline antagonistic at worst.
That officer/ sergeant was being deliberately difficult and rude. He obviously didn’t want you to complain against a former officer. They all feel they’re above the law and expect to get away with using filthy language to members of the public. What are they like when there’s no camera? I dread to think.
They all stick together and this proves it 😡 I mean look at the time when the job centre guy had a proper fight with him the police turned round and said no further action yet it was all on video so if video doesn't mean nothing then why are they wearing video body cams because at the end of the day they all look after each other they're not bothered about joe public unless you're a somebody then they'll do something about it that's why I said in my original comment that guy must know somebody high up But that shouldn't be the case the law is the law it does matter who you are that tells me the law is only there for us Joe public people
Perhaps military people could let us know about the campaign ribbons on his chest are awarded by army or Police. Both groups have the mantra that you protect your mates above everything else.

They are NOT the law. They are public servants who obey and uphold the law by consent of the public They serve. The simple fact that the sergeant wouldn't even answer your question about helping you sums them up.. They view a complaint against them with aggression. GANGSTA culture 😎
I agree with you. But they aren’t public servants, they are crown servants. The elites stitched up the public from the get go. The oath they take is to serve the queen not us.

He fell apart when he was asked for what Section of Law he was using, then he realized he was dealing with someone who knew law & police procedure & he was miss-using it. If he's a trained copper reacting like that afterwards West Midlands police have got a bit of a problem professionally.
The speed at which that go into protective mode never ceases to amaze me. My friend was a refugee and was required to report to a police station every week. One time she went to report but was detained and threatened to be sent to jail because the police station did not have any record of her reporting previously. I went to the police station to try to help her but they won't let me see her. After 3 hours and after me making noise, they suddenly found all her records. I asked them to give her some kind of receipt for her reporting so she has proof for the future but they blatantly refused. It was in 2005 but I can still remember the smirks on their faces as if they were enjoying torturing her. My friend is a Homeopathic practitioner and is now serving the local community by treating them free of charge.
Yes, baldy messed up, but the way the sergeant presented himself to a member of the public making a complaint was damn right atrocious. Especially when the complaint involved unlawful detainment and an outburst of profanity.
It worries me regards the increasingly poor standard of police officers around like the bald arrogant officer who has a lower level of interpersonal skills than a slug, and thinks it acceptable to swear at a member of the public who hasn’t even broken the law! then how on earth does he treat someone who isn’t filming him and has broken the law🤔.

There should be a completely different agency separate from the police tasked with taking police complaints. Complaining to a cop about another cop and you are likely to get the nasty attitude that the receptionist and the sarge gave AB.
Independent complaint officer will have a room in the same office,and will meet for drinks,meals or parties.That's how independent their inquiry will be .
Watched a hundred of videos like this. First time I seen that behavior. Minutes after you shown respect to a fallen colleague of his. Starts a shift with that joyous outlook on life. God bless AB.
I thoroughly enjoy your efforts. I’ve mentioned it before, it seem that the police department is the largest employer in the UK. The buildings are huge, even in small towns and there are always many police officers in every situation
You are entitled to £500 compensation for assault and false imprisonment. The maximum sentence for S5 Public Order is 6 months imprisonment which means this officer should get 12 months. Police should always get double the maximum sentence when they break the law.
Pc 23738 has obviously got himself in a lot of bother. Stupid, rude & breaking the Law himself with his Sec 5 offence of swearing in public to a member of the Public . I used to work at that Police Station. What we saw there was the typical bullying, passive aggressive reaction of of sergeant, who is not at all interested in his job and who has a real dislike for the public. I've no doubt he had already spoken to the bald officer, and was given his slanted and biased version of events. Fortunately you were filming and in possession of the real facts. To see members of the public treated in this way, is one of the reasons why I was glad to retire. The pure contempt some officers hold toward average law abiding citizens is disgraceful.
I don't understand why people can't remiain professional. Every occupation has to deal with all sorts of peoole, and for the most, staff in other occupations remain professional, even with the most difficult of interactions. Even if you consider AB annoying, diffucult, rude, or baiting them, telling him to 'fuck off' just shows the lack of proffesionalism. I'm not suggesting constables act like robots, or shouldn't have their own personal opinions on auditing, and those who conduct audits, but there is a way to deal with them whilst still remaining professional, and yet, time and time again we see constables fall well below standard. Occasionally we see constables that shine, but it seems to be the exception rather than the rule.
I work customers of my employer who pay thousands for my services. I would never swear or act unprofessional, not even when they take me out for a meal with drinks. I know to be professional at all times even when the customer is stupid, is crap at spelling in their emails, isn't clear about what they want, changes the specifications every other month, etc.
@@TheSadButMadLad Yep, same here. I have clients send me images in the wrong format, crap artwork, or a tiny logo image from their website that they want blown up to me a 2m banner. You explain it will look crap, and pixelated, but they don't understand. Sometimes they don't get why I need to charge them to redraw their artwork, and can be a bit arsey about it. I don't tell them to f off. I'm patient, and explain in a different way until they get it. Usually they eventually understand, and see the advantages to what I'm doing and that it is beneficial for them. If it gets to the stage where they are a complete arsehole, I'll just politely tell them I can't help them, and suggest they try elsewhere.
It's a strange one. I work in the oil industry where I'm covered in grease and oil day in day out. We shout and swear at each other. But when in a meeting you know to watch your language and be professional. It's a question of calibre of people.

Another example of a crown employee not liking it when you make them do there job. They want you to be subservient and do what they to you and when you say no they become petulant.
My dad used to be a firefighter for 22yrs in Middlesbrough and if u do ring up and ask for permission to go into the station and look about they more than happy to let you , as a child I was always over there with my dad sitting in the fire engines , sliding down the pole trying my dads fire kit on even playing football and taking part in bleep tests in the sports hall it was great 🙂 I find fire fighters a lot more down to earth and pleasant than police officers , you should come to Middlesbrough AB 4-5 police stations in local vicinity Boro , Stockton , Darlington , Hartlepool , Redcar and afew fire stations also to have a look at 😃

I have experiance with this station, my friend went there with me because of a domestic abuse situation. They didnt want to know at all, after a lot of arguining that we need help and she has no where to go they took her inside. I then found out the next day that they got social services involved and took her kids from her and then sent her home to the abuser. Because it was her word against his nothing happened but took months to get the kids back. Now thanks to them she is scared to get help any time anything happens. They don't protect they just punish anyone who needs help. DONT TRUST THIS STATION AT ALL!
