Sweetheart that's not Ginger beer, that's a ginger DRINK😑😑 When you making Ginger beer, there are different STEPS. You have to allow a bit of fermentation in the beginning. It takes a few days to make. However, I enjoy your video 😊
that is not ginger drink. Thats ginger beer no artificial additives. Only ginger and lemon ,cinnamon, cloves, anise and angostura bitters and sweetener
@@LothairApoclyane I do mine a bit different. I use only boiling water not regular water and add everything when it cools plus a little cream of tarter. I leave it overnight before straining. I find the gingerbeer does not ripen and taste good for about two to three days. I taste it to see when it is ready and has a certain taste and then I put it in the fridge. It is usually good for at least week or a little more. If you do it her way, I am sure if you put it in the fridge, it should last a week.
That is way way way way to much sugar. That's a diabetic shock waiting to happen. That's scary that you put that much sugar in there. You seem sweet so please rethink about using that much. The reason why people put that much is so they have it ferment for a week and it eats up the sugar. You didn't do that. If you are not going to ferment it then please think about using monkfruit sweetener. It's health for you.
