*Ginny & Georgia* is So Unserious... and I Kind of Love it 

the most unrealistic thing about this show is that ginny found hunters filtered snapchats to be cute…

I think what really threw me off was how in season 1 they tried so hard to makes us believe that Hunter was the hottest guy at their school

the whole joe/cynthia thing was so uncalled for lmao I really hated it

Ginny was much more likable and tolerable this season. Also, Joe is my favourite out of Georgia's three love interests, and I hope that he eventually gets his chance.

I really hope Abby gets some kind of help in the next season. she deserves so much better

the fact that the girls named their friend group their initals is so fucking funny to me because thats literally what i did with my friends WHEN I WAS FUCKING NINE??????

The reason that I thought the cringey teenage dialogue was perfrect is because sometimes people forget that teenagers are very cringey and do a lot of stupid stuff that you look back on and think: wtf???? Why did I do that? I feel like the teenage years tend to be glamorized alot, teenagers are so fucking DUMBBB, I should know, it's only been 5 years since I've been one Also my old facebook posts from when I was 15 are the exact same cringe being said in that show... that's what makes it kind of amazing and hard to watch

I feel like everyone ignores that Georgia was low key abusive in the beginning of this season. She threw away all of Ginny’s food, that’s not a normal. Also it’s weird that Ginny has a dream that Georgia suffocates her with a pillow, and then she actually does suffocate someone. I was much more of a Georgia stan season one, but season two shows that shes not always just doing what it takes to survive, there is seriously something a little wrong with her.

I loved how Joe was soaking up the tea when Zion and Paul were having drinks. His facial expressions were just peak 👌🏼

my favorite thing about this season was abbey and ginny having a real friendship and scenes of them just hanging out I hope we continue to see them develop a separate friendship and it doesnt just go away now that they made up with maxine bc their dynamic on screen together much more enjoyable

people who still hate on ginny in s2 didn’t pay attention, because everything people complain about her being 'annoying' about is so directly explained!

Season 2 was one the best depictions of SH and therapy and recovery I've ever seen, it was amazing. I feel like this season was a good balance of heavy and light. Seeing Georgia's flashbacks with Gil was heartbreaking. I like that ginny and padma didn't do the whole girls hating each other thing and became friends while working together. And yes Joe and Cynthia was awful. Season 2 was so much better and Austin shooting his dad was crazy. It's been a couple days since I finished season 2 and it's just in my brain. I actually think Paul is an important character as well. I feel like he represents stability for Georgia. Something she never really had throughout her life. He has money, power and is a kind soul. Like she said he's the knight and shining armor she's been waiting for. He signifies something major to her.

ginny’s character development slayed this season. i hated her character in the first season but somehow they changed her into a really dimensional character that is super likeable and unlikeable, which is what you want to have a relatable character. the second season is def my favorite though.

In my opinion, s1 was a mess, but the good kind of mess, the "I hate it but I can't stop watching" kind of mess. But when it comes to s2 OMFG I LOVED IT. Yes it had some cringy parts but not as many as s1. The characters were way more likable and most of the storylines were great. I never thought I’d be crying for this show, but in s2 I BAWLED my eyes out in like 3-4 scenes. I have also genuinely laughed watching s2 without cringing. They actually had decent jokes. When Ginny tells her dad and mom about her SH I cried my eyes out. So well done. Surprisingly, and I never thought I'd be saying this, but Ginny is probably my favorite character this season. Ginny, Abby and Marcus I think are my faves. Also I have to say, Austin is such a king. Imagine witnessing your mom murdering someone and not telling anyone, not even his mother just to protect her🥺Like that boy gotta be traumatized. I literally have sm more to say about like every character and storyline but it's best I don't get into it here lol. BUT if anyone would like to talk about the show with me, please reply. paul adds nothing? he's the best options for georgia, he stuck by her throughout all her shit, he can give her everything she wants and needs, georgia actually wants him unlike joe. I know people have this weird obsession with joe and georgia but joe deserves better than her, he isn't able to give her what she needs, he also couldn't mentally handle all her shit. they're not right together, joe deserves someone who actually wants him. georgia and paul should be end game, or zion but I don't see that happening. paul also is committed to the "being a dad" thing, he is very much important to the show because he's important to georgia.

Basically, a mystery with somewhat of a horror aspect in some parts, about European immigrants who are traveling on a ship, the Kerberos, to New York. They come across the Prometheus, another ship, that had been missing for four months. From there, things just get weirder and weirder. It is incredible!

Marcus wasn't cheating because padma wasn't his girlfriend. she said she preferred something casual and that's why they only fooled around and didn't have sex. they were just friends with benefits, and eventually marcus ended that because he liked ginny.

I think Season 2 definitely gave Ginny the time she needed to show more of her character. Also I don’t think we were supposed to agree with Max being mad, since the entire make up scene was Ginny exploding at Max about how Max is selfish. Also also we need Norah development PLZ. And I will be listening to Marriage is a Dungeon on repeat.

lowkey loved season 2, i think ginnys character is way more likeable, i love her new friendships with bracia and that friend group and her getting closer with abby, and i think we can finally understand why ginny resents georgia so much, esp because of the therapy scenes and seeing how hard it was for georgia to come to terms with the fact that what she did actually affects ginny a lot more than she thought. can’t wait for season 3!

I loved season 1 bc of how much was involved

s2 is more epic fr but s1 is still good and showed a lot of potential actually. That's the first show I have seen that put real thought into its characters and tried to portray rl situations. the most realistic dinamic between daughter and mother too. and the thoughts of the characters were all logical, when marcus had deppressed thoughts for example, that really hit home for me. it had its not so well written sences ofc, but so many things were on point I was suprised to find out so many ppl disliked ginny and s1 in general like have you seen other shows on netflix?
