She had the good technic to beat them all. She forced everyone to have the angle of their arm at 90° or above while she was less under that, and the last guy did last more because he managed to be under 90° but as soon as she was able to break his angle she won. Congratulations to her.
She just used a basic toproll, while they probably were not accustomed to the mechanics of it. It's actually less about the angles, and more about the hand and wrist control. All she has done was to initially create a framelock to supress their initial surges and then she worked to crack bend their wrist so they "see their palm". If any of them had gone through the basics of armwrestling the obvious counter to what she was doing was to let go of their hand and go for the shoulder press flop. She's be toast:) She's strong though, true that.

My brother has started training in armwrestling. The difference between 'muscle strength' and 'tendon strength' is very, very important. This girl's tendons are probably like iron cables.
No they're not. You can see how a pro arm wrestler (the girl) needs to use a decent amount of effort to beat these normal teens who don't workout. If any of these boys used correct technique, like the last guy, which only takes a few hours to learn, they'd beat her. She trains and has good technique, that's all.
Yeah, those specific guys lost for a lack of strength, not technique. The last one could win with better technique, probably, but if you watch closely you can seen how her as well can improve the technique as well. As I already wrote, she is very new to the sport as well

I just can't understand so many negative comments. It seems that whenever a female beats a guy, especially in a strength contest(armwrestling, grappling/wrestling), there has to be some mitigating factors, too young, inexperienced or wimps, how would some of these people feel if this was their daughter, give them some credit.

Given that men are much stronger in general, logically people check what other factors are involved. Like if you post something flying up instead of falling down due to gravity, people would comment on why it's happening.
Fax, plus they specially train body parts that no one train who just train in gym to get strength, this is a giant complex of specialized exercises to get forearms max strenght and of course the technique that a strong guy just doesn't know and can be easily defeated by a guy 20-30 kg below him

@@lock-inthissummer I wasn't exactly talking about arm wrestling in general. Most situations won't allow you to apply any "techniques" like we do in many sports. Some things require just raw strength.

@@Charles_KTN I had the same experience with a lady some years ago, despite working out with weights for years, i met my match and she took me down with ease and my arms were aching for days, couldn't believe how strong she was.
For people who dont know how this works. She is using her body weight and her shoulder to win against her opponents, while the boys were just using their arm strength. She was playing it very smartly, by dragging their hand towards her the other loses strength and finishing it by using the shoulder and lean towards the left
That is because her shoulders are jacked and strong. Some boys who had strong arms lacked with the shoulder area. It is still her strength that defeated them all.
I watched a video with the same title the other day. It was on a different website and was entirely different. That said, both girls impressed me with the strength and endurance of their arms

When it comes to hand wrestling its about strength and technique. You can't expect to win with only strength. I've seen world strongest man competitors lose hand wrestling matches to professional hand wrestlers. Does that mean the world strongest men are weaker ? No

Grip doesn’t mean you are strong at arm wrestling. Wrist is more important and static strength in the bicep: chest and lats which a lot of arm wrestlers have more of than anyone else

Thats good and all, but are we gonna ignore the fact the girl had to push her whole weight against the table to beat the last guy? It is arm wrestling, not body wrestling.
Because if a woman who isn't a body builder, just an average woman in that regard, beats you, then you're weak by default, a woman's potential for strength vs a man's potential for strength is a very large gap, hence why it's either the dudes are weak or they have 0 technique

If you look at all scenarios (except for the last) the girl definitely had a better technique and in the last the boy just had a little bit of technique so of course she would win.

The last match was great. If the guy was more technical he could have won because she couldn't open up his hand. She had a great stop in the centre though.

Do you arm wrestle? Lemme answer that for you, no you don't. The last guy did what's called the hand lock where it's harder for your opponent to put it down. That was his technique, the body weight was hers. Had he not done it, he would've been defeated easily.
Arm wrestling is not all about power it's a game of techniques more . A 70 kg person named Rahul Panicker defeated the world champion Larry Wheels weighing 115 kg. First teach those boys the technique and then start the contest ;)

We can all agree men are NATURALLY stronger, but when women work hard for their strength we CAN be stronger. Its possible, women just need to work harder for it compared to men.
