Sarah is so sad and selfish. She’s responsible, just as much as Alex and is a part of the betrayal trauma that Lilly now has because of Alex’s unfaithfulness and deception. Sarah knowingly entertained connection with an engaged man. Cheating is never valid or acceptable. Good luck with karma you two. ✌🏼

@@jesscoleman7812 I wasn’t blaming just Sarah, I said both chose to be involved and if he wasn’t engaged then it wouldn’t be an issue. Of course he’s to blame and 100% the problem but she also chose to selfishly disregard anyone else’s feelings but her own and pursue being with him. She chose to be involved and was essentially an accomplice in this even if she wasn’t the one in the relationship. She’s definitely not blameless in this and I feel sad for her because he’s probably a manipulator (among other things) but she knowingly made her choice at the same time.

This was majorly messed up. You’re telling me that you knew who the person was, had the ability to let her know what was up but instead you shared it on a podcast for her to find out about her fiancés affair in the most heartbreaking way. If you didn’t have her account I would feel differently because you would aid in “finding her” but you had her handle.

I havent spoke to Lily for a long time due to dropping out from working out cause of health reasons BUT what i will say is, she is quite literally the kindest and sweetest soul at there. She LOVES her followers and had a lot of close relationships with a lot of us, we used to send each other letters and gifts to stay in touch outside of the LEAN community and honestly my heart breaks for her going through all of this. Especially to find out in this way. She deserves so much and to be treated so much better than this. Sending love and care to Lily 🩷
Lilly is way out of his league. I always thought he looked like an armpit. In this affair, he is the powerful, dominant one in a relationship with a young, naive girl who is not financially stable. It’s giving Pique cheating on Shakira with that young girl. Alex seems insecure and probably envious of Lilly. Lilly deserves so much better.
She needs mature man who knows what he wants from life. Alex is like a little boy not man. I've been following Lilly for over three years now and done her workouts ever since. When I say she changed my life I TRULY mean it. Hearing this episode after she confirmed it absolutely infuriated me. Imagining her finding out this way... it's absolutely repulsive for both Alex and the other girl. What an immoral pair of disgusting human beings. She's always showed so much love, positiveness and bubblyness she deserves the absolute world. I hope in time her light shines bright again and she can move on from this.

Like what if the girl who sent in the story (who's friends with the girl Alex cheated Lilly with) thought "Lilly is not going to see my dm because of the following she has"? We don't know the backstory. Or, maybe she did this knowing this podcast does have a following and their followers would somehow put two and two together and figure out it was Lilly (which it happened). In my opinion the girl really wanted advice on how to deal with her friend's situation but all in all it's messed up for Lilly to find out so publicly through a podcast.

They could’ve gone straight to her and scrapped this section of the podcast to protect her. I am a certified psychologist and when I saw them together on many posts, something looked off. He had that spark in her eyes while he had none. The smile on her face was so much in love phase smile while his looked like he had earn a trophy wife or a way to all his successful life. If I could reach to her, I would say girl I know what you are feeling but you always deserved better so cut that shit off of your life, your businesses and live your life.
As a fellow psychologist, I can’t believe you make these kind of statements on social media. Like any armchair body language interpreter. Feel free to make any assumptions you want in your free time but don’t mix our profession into it. As any serious professional will tell you, it’s so easy to make attribution errors. So we don’t make remote assessments. After you’ve talked to him or her face to face for a few hours, feel free to make any conclusions you want.
I feel like maybe the best friends could tell her but you guys probably shouldn’t since it’d kind of interfere with the integrity of the podcast being completely anonymous. I also think it’d b great if the friends could link Sarah to the podcast because hearing the objective perspective of strangers might b more helpful to get through to her than hearing it from her friends.
But the best friends messaging Jenny doesn’t have anything to do with the podcast. It won’t be publicly outing the bestfriend it’s just telling Jenny the truth
These ladies made it obvious that it was Lily. If they could change the names they could change all the information and message Lilly privately. This was a shitty thing to do. Women are their own worst enemies,this podcast confirms that. Look at these women and their behaviour! Normal women would support each other, they would never ever laugh and euphorically scream while reading cheating topics and finally, they would do everything to protect the victim- in this case Lilly Sabri. They should delete this episode and apologise to her for laughing and being a part of this whole thing, like she is not already hurt enough.

I regularly watch this podcast and do enjoy it but find it really upsetting how often you both laugh and get entertainment from cheating scandals, it’s heartbreaking and I understand it’s a great job hosting a podcast and you enjoy it but it comes across as super insensitive at times, especially when this is about someone who clearly has a large online presence which everyone knows about 😢

Clues were there…Newly engaged, successful businesses with his fiancé , live in Dubai, have a dog, his fiancé has a million followers… Given that all these informations were shared by Lilly on her IG many times before it wasn’t so difficult to figure it out.These two knew all that before filming this episode, it’s so obvious, and yet they decided to humiliate woman even more by practically revealing her identity in the podcast.Sick.
