@@conman303 my 97 k3500s master cylinder stays engaged and it's got hydro boost so it will stop on its own. It also won't rev high if I hit the pedal hard. If I gently apply throttle, it'll rev high, but if I try to whack it quick, it just fucking dies. As soon as I let off the pedal, it goes right back to normal, so it has plenty of issues. It's a 6.0l vortec swap, so if you know what could potentially be causing that issue, I would love to know.
@@conman303 if it is, it ain't showing up on the dash. I don't think it's the issue though, it still shifts just fine. I'm saying that, even when I'm in park or neutral and rev the motor, it does it. I can't tell if it's bad ignition coils or plugs or plug wires, if its the tps (it's a weird Jerry rigged setup with a MAF sensor, a MAP sensor, a drive by wire throttle body, and a throttle position sensor.) or if it's fueling related. I have an inline pump feeding it, so fuel shouldn't be an issue. If I gently press on the pedal, it will rev all the way to its maximum. If I try and hit it hard, it starts to reacte but then it just shuts down until I let the pedal back out. It is a really, really weird issue.
@@TobyVegaD it should be harder with no booster but not a damn rock my guy get your fitting sizes correct or you WILL have an issue. I have a 02 Bmw e39 with 17z Brembos in the front and no booster feels super responsive.

Honestly, turning without power steering isn't an issue. One of my cars doesn't have powered steering and as long as the car is moving is it absolutely fine, when standing still however is it quite heavy.
I had a S10 that came from the factory with no power steering or no power brakes. You had to stand on the brakes. It was an actual 4 speed as well. It was an exercise machine disguised as a small pickup.
