1. Wake up at 4:30AM and sit at the foot of my bed and think about how tired I am for 10 minutes. 2. Smoke a cigarette while thinking about how work will probably suck. 3. Take a scorching hot shower while contemplating calling out. 4. Decide I am still not ready to face the day and crawl back in bed naked for 20 minutes. 5. Wake up to a second alarm at 5:20AM and contemplate quitting my job. 6. Remember I have bills and put on clothes and brush my teeth. 7. Make a cup of coffee and leave for work.
Well, no. I just poo when I have the need to x) Some days I don't poo, some days I poo once. Haha, I can't believe I'm talking about poo on RU-vid!! :)
I'm not going to take out the White Priviledge Card on you, but does it really take several minutes for some people's showers to warm up? My family shower only takes about 15 seconds.

I'm surprised that she didn't get enough caffeine from that giant cup of coffee. 1 Cup of Coffee 8 oz can have anywhere from 30-90mg. One can of soda has about 39.
i have no routine i just wake up smell arm pits if smelly i shower if not then don't, then i brush teeth put clothes on if hair is messy i put some water on it to make it look descent then i go to work

My routine (Junior High student moving up Senior High next year): I woke up on 5:50 AM Get off the bed, fix the bed neat and clean, go shower, wear my school uniform, make sure everything is in my school bag, eat breakfast, toothbrust, and go! at 7:15 AM to my 7:30 AM Class at school but Saturday and Sunday routine is different except when I'm going to make our projects during Saturday. Hey think of it has a practice so that way you don't have to experience this like this girl did. I'm kinda of glad they are doing this way with boyfriend routines and girlfriend routines i'm sure it helps them in their relationships.

Am I the only one who can't eat breakfast as soon as they wake up? I need to wait like 40-60 minutes before I eat breakfast because if I eat in within 30 minutes of waking up (and getting dressed etc) then I feel sick.

-Wake up @ 6.00 -Morning pee. -Cold shower for a minute. -Toothbrushing -Shaving(Optional) -Facial care (Optional) -Weigh-in (Optional) -Minddump for a couple of minutes -Meditation for about 15 minutes. -Take a bottle of fresh water with you -Start doing "The One Thing". No distraction allowed before these are done. -Profit Try it. Add steps one at a time until you've mastered it.
My morning routine: Get up; brush teeth; shower/wash hair, listen to podcast while in the shower; get dry and dressed while watching an episode of a show on netflix; brush hair (I don't try to dry it first - hair's too curly to brush it while it's dry); gather books and laptop; leave flat; get coffee (usually a latte, no sugar or syrup). I don't have a regular wake-up time, and eating before two hours after waking up just makes me ill. I usually have a lecture to get to, so breakfast comes a little later. This typically takes me an hour, an hour and a half, but I prefer to take my time. I also get very bored very easily, and the podcast helps me make sure I don't spend more than half an hour in the shower.
My routine. Wake up > checks phone for 5 minutes > drink half litre water > brushing > toilet > exact 5 minutes meditation with calm music > few fixed yoga postures and facial exercises > 2 bananas with milk. That's it after that nothing is fixed.

I don't get why people shower in the morning. I can't stand going to bed before showering. I don't want my whole days foreign filth in my clean bed, nor could I sleep in it.
When I have a boyfriend I so want to do this with him! One day we do my routine together and another day we do his routine together. I think doing this for a day off is fun. I will say one thing, I hate coffee, I really hate it! If he likes it that's fine, but I'm having hot chocolate instead and no one will stop me.

Different places have different ways to deal with it i guess. because what we usually do is wait till the water gets hot completely... we do not keep it on even if we do have our own well...
My routine wake up at 5:30 get dress with workout clothes/drink water and take vitamins (if I have bananas/cereal I can have a hanfull and am out the door by 5:40 climb 80 floors of stairs (I live on a 20 floors tower so I go up 4 times and use the elevetor down) 34 min later come back and do 80 crunches follow by 10 min of cardio and then a 7 min cold shower 10 min getting ready for work drive 13-17 min to work and eat a bowl of cereal for breakfast

My routine is fairly similar to his, at least with the diet! I have to wake up earlier for my schedule, but it goes: Oatmeal with peanut butter (best meal of the day), watch GGM, coffee, sometimes shower, relaxation rest, poop, get dressed, and then brush teeth.

My boyfriends morning routine is the opposite of mines lol he wakes up, pee's/ takes a shower/brush his teeth, styles his hair, changes to his work uniform, does his bed, then goes to work 20 minutes early so he can have his coffee and breakfast.. Meanwhile I have 2 alarms, try to get ready as fast as I can, run to the garage barefoot , put shoes and my socks that don't match on in the car, bump some music that will wake me up, drive to work, and I'm always 3 minutes late lol xD
