My man was the one out of ten... But I put myself together, started to exersice, slimming down and doing stuff I had only talked about for years. Making myself happy and landing in my own feminine energy. Guess what, I attracted in to other men without doing anything else then just beeing me! One of them is responding so beatifully to my feminine energy, that I often get tears in my eyes. My inner girl is very shy, especially when she hear compliments and attention, and is so different from the quick talking me. I used Adrienne’s advice with a bread crumb guy I was seeing. I had to tell him what I wanted in a relationship and set that boundary. It was hard, but I accepted his no and wished him well. Once I let that relationship go, I met my fiancé a couple months later. He was coming towards me and showing up from day one. ♥️

Thank you for another great video. I am a very strong advocate for giving space. I’ve walked away from many men who I felt was not on the same page. Believe it or not, they ALWAYS come back. Some for a brief moment, some stay a bit longer. I used to be fearful, that walking away would be a catalyst for him to find someone new, but often times I was told that I never left their mind. In truth, my walking away had given me clarity on what I truly wanted in a man, and allowed the man a chance to either decide to come back to me or keep moving. But the one thing they all had in common...they had a tremendous amount of respect of me, and I had respect for myself as well. I was brought back to your lesson in the video because of Devine intervention. Recently, a guy I was really digging on, decide that he needed to step back. It wasn’t anything I had or hadn’t done. I always kept my feminine power, never demanding or masculine with our interactions. But, when I sensed him pulling back, I knew instinctively that he was struggling with possible emerging emotions, and wasn’t sure how to deal with them and decided to do what men do, which is to recoil...and, I let him. As disappointed as I was, that instead of coming closer, that he would retreat. I learned by Adrienne and experience, that It’s best to step out of the way, and let him walk. If he finds his own clarity and decides he made a mistake, he will return. I am not saying letting him walk away feels good. In fact I’m still a bit sad about it, but it’s a necessity for both of us. I hope for his return, but I’m not putting myself on ice waiting. In fact, when he blindsided me with a text, to tell me he was “changing directions”, I took a deep breath, came from a place of compassion and femininity and responded this way... “This makes me very sad. But I am grateful for your honesty. I sensed that you were working things out, and that you should take your time, and do what you must. I think you are a great man, I enjoyed our chats and conversations. If you ever feel inclined to reach out again, and if I am still available, I would love to see you again.” My response to him was NOT of anger. I didn’t insult him, because it’s not my job to tell him how he feels. I liked him enough to leave the door cracked, but confident enough, to state that I wasn’t holding myself for him if he does decide. Time will tell. But for now, I’m quantum dating.

OMG, this video is one of the best in time frame, while I watched it, my exclusive guy sent me message to wish me good luck for a small intervention tomorrow. Yesterday I told him to take some time to connect to his head and heart to know if he’s wanting to go in a committed relationship and feel love to me, and THEN coming back to me. 2 days ago he was scared to go to the next level in the relation, so I applied the answer that I accept his no, and accepted to see him yesterday to tell him in person to take some time for him. My man want a space in a sudden. I feel so confused at the time he suddenly pull away from our 2 years relationship. When I asked him what is going on, he said that he doesn't know either our relationship is gonna work or not. Hello Adrienne, I wanna tell you I've watched your videos religiously (found you when trying to get my ex back, in the end didn't even want him when he came). Well, I've changed my behavior a lot thanks to you and I finally got to be more respected by men and women all around me. Some people have problems with it (boundaries seem like beeing to uptight to some men) but I know these people are not worth my friendship anyway. Well, thanks to your practice, I found a guy which is the masculine type I've actually always wanted but was too scared to date, because I was afraid he won't love me enough and will cheat on me. You gave me the courage that if I keep my feminine energy in tact and give him space he won't hurt me. He looks and acts so dangerously but has the most golden heart I've ever seen in a person and I would have never found out if I wouldn't be able to unzip my heart as you taught me how. We are in a relationship for about a year and half and I know he's seriously thinking about engaging soon during upcoming year or two. I'm curious where he leads us next! He recently stumbled upon my cloud with pictures long before I met him (I let him scroll freely through them). He was somehow so shocked and said I was such a different person then! I didn't understand, I mean the photos were just few years old and to me, I look exactly the same on any of the photos. But he insisted that it's my facial expression, what I'm wearing and what kind of photos I take. He said he wouldn't date me then and it's true I wouldn't date him either. It seemed so funny to me I wanted to share it with you! He said now, I'm so confident and high value. On the photos few years back he said I look like I'm desperately needing a man and that I look kinda like a "whore" (he used a nicer expression to not insult me but with very similar meaning) - I translate it as low value woman. This happened to me - after telling him I dont want to see him anymore (just for sex), two weeks later he starts sending me messages and initiating a meeting. I did exactly what you said and then he couldnt answer properly and we still got to the point where we want different things. I am feeling proud that I managed to stay true to my believes and dreams. My question is what to do when he’s saying he’s just not in a good place right now. I want to leave but I also hate to leave him with no support. I do love him and he’s got a lot going on and I wish I could help but he’s very much a provider and it kills him that he can’t take care of me financially, which I’ve not asked for nor do I need. But he’s in a dark depressed state and it doesn’t feel right to just leave.
You can give space without leaving forever. You can go away for a weekend. A few nights a week don’t talk as much in the evening. Take a class in the evening. Don’t text as much. If you tend to “support” an unavailable man, you are a woman without value (in a man’s eyes only). It hurts, but it’s true. You only give your attention to a man who has ability to support you, not the other way around lady. You own no-man anything. He’s a man. Let him deal with his craps. As a woman, your job is to be happy with your life, and the right man will come. High value women attract high value men. You want to attract high value men, don’t you? If you are always in “supporting” mode, the wrong man will be attracted to you. You don’t want to be a man’s solving machine for the rest of your life. Solving problems is masculine. Walking away works! I set my boundaries with my long time partner and even ended up moving. We continued dating ofc but the distance made him realize how important I was to him. He proposed 5 months later 💕 💍

My boyfriend is not a phone person.He told me he doesn’t like to be addicted to phones.He used to text me a lot before when we start dating.Now we are already 6 months in a relationship, but he decreases in texting.He don’t try to make conversation with me anymore through text or phone calls .but he keep texting me the “iloveyou❤️” everyday and that would be it.He also told me that he don’t like updating me, even if he promised me before that he’ll do that.

My partner has decided to give a week break and I feel like it was my fault. I created that!! We started arguing and now he decided to do that. I keep texting to see if he has changed his mind.
I did this, went no contact for 4 months. I reached out the week before Christmas. It was brutal and horrendous. I ended up using alot of "feeling" statements and I couldn't help it but I cried alot. It was so obvious that I was mentally at the bottom. I was really sure he'd be so happy to hear from me. I was exercising, going to personal training and doing really well at work. I was "manifesting" the best possible outcome and trying the law of attraction. Well, he requested to meet me. To "see if there is anything there" it was awful, he was very very defensive at my feeling statements. The more I tired to soften myself, and him. The more agitated he got. We slept together at his request. I did it because I thought, he must want to try again because often, he didn't want sleep together because of the arguments. He lost his confidance in the bedroom, and got a condition where he could not reach orgasm. It became an issue between us. So the fact he initiated sex, I thought he wanted to be close. Its been 5 weeks, I tired to reason with him, and get him to try come to me. He has completely stopped messaging. I am so annoyed that the no contact didn't work. Watching video's and they almost guarantee success, I did everything that was required, worked on myself, sent him love with my hand on my heart when I'd think of him - all of that. I am utterly devastated. I am starting councilling tomorrow with a team that deals with suicide. I've seen my gp, and they can't help. My heart is broken and I really thought he was gonna comeback, because he was always the one who was besotted with me and had anxious attachment symptoms towards me, now he has done a 180 and I humiliated myself with the fear and all the tears when we met up. I started off so strong , but he was really stubborn and closed with a very intimadaing energy from the get go, and I ended up over-explaining and shrinking myself. It appears he may of used me for sex? I am so sad I don't want to live right now.
I know you may not want to hear this, but it is for the better. You deserve someone who WANTS to pursue you and WANTS to be with you forever. This is a blessing in disguise. You are not alone. Thousands of women before us have been heartbroken, misunderstood, or even used by men. The pain will ease and you will feel happy again at some point. Please don't give up.
