🔴 MUSCLE CHAIN STRETCHING
Today I bring you the third session of Muscle Chain Stretching, because I imagine that many of you have already done the first two sessions that you have uploaded to the channel several times and you want to continue experiencing the wonderful sensations that its practice produces.
For this new sequence you will need two towels.
These are some of the benefits of this practice:
Recover the natural mobility of the body.
Improve overall well-being and agility.
Prevent back pain and improve posture.
Prevent muscle imbalances, tensions and contractures.
Reduce stress.
They improve blood and lymphatic circulation.
They must be done in a smooth, sustained and conscious way. It is not about forcing but about allowing. We must respect our own limits. It is important during practice to be present, attentive and to remain calm. This work not only seeks a structural dimension but it is a complete experience.
The breath during each practice will react differently. Your only task will be to realize it and let it happen.
Maintaining a misaligned body supposes a greater expenditure of energy that is subtracted from our vitality. Stretching helps us maintain elasticity and movement.
I advise you not to finish the practice without first having observed the sensations in your body and how you feel in general. You will be able to verify the great gift that you have given yourself today. CONGRATULATIONS.
