Now was it said in the given testimony that the defendant attended the “WEDDING?” I missed that part if it was addressed🤦🏽‍♀️

The account wasn’t in the deceased name, no one contacted them to notify them he passed and wanted a refund. Notification and options are discussed before the cancellation occurs anyways, so this woman cancelled 100%

Of all the comments, this one makes the most sense. She could have always tried to work it out with JetBlue due to the circumstances.

The Plaintiff stated she partially paid $300 for tickers that were $980. That's not including the boyfriend's mother. Also, she never provided proof she paid anything.

Exactly! When she said that, judge should've asked who else has access to your account and why would they cancel the ticket. Case should've been over at that point.
