Not Getting the Picture 

I love how the defendant let the judge know that her brothers situation is not funny.

She just heard that the brother was homeless and not doing well. Instead of coming together to help the brother, she’s asking for his address to get $175 back from a homeless relative SMH

My personal opinion and I could be wrong, I think the plaintiff in the denim often causes rifts in the family.

My heart goes out to the defendant. I sure hope she found out where her brother is and he is safe and healthy.

The plaintiff is petty, ungrateful, and mean. No concern about the relationship with the defendant. No concern about her homeless cousin. Doesn't want to pay the defendant for the food she brought. And too petty to even pay for the photos/album the defendant bought.

The defendant looked to hurt at the end :( I hope they can all come together and put this behind them.

This entire situation was beyond insane. Plaintiff knew she didn’t have a good relationship with the brother yet hired him anyway. The brother has a wife and a girlfriend so I’m pretty sure the defendant knew her brother had his hands full yet decided to recommend him for the job. Crazy!!!

Defendant was a very NICE WOMAN trying to help the situation by giving the Plaintiff's gf at least the photos she had from her own phone, nicely printed up professionally and in a photo album and stuff. Trying to make the best out of an obviously VERY BAD SITUATION. Good for her. She is a nice lady.

Sad sad sad..she said this is a generation thing. I know about that. My father's cousin doesn't talk to him and his other 1st cousins because his mom and my grandmother (sisters) had a falling out before my parents were even together. He was sick in the hospital recently and refused to let his cousins see him. His mom and my grandmother are both deceased, and he is still not talking to his cousins.

You can tell the defendant really just wanted things to be cool w/n the family that’s why she went out her way to make something happen with the photos she took. And for her cousin to act like it’s nothing and just say, “I’m good is sad”. I really hope they worked it out

Yall how is the plaintiff in the wrong for trying to get her money back? The defendant’s brother got on with her money and the defendant is trying get them to double pay for something they didn’t ask for. His homelessness is not her concern under the law. Also it’s morally wrong for him to take money from her and go ghost because of his own situations.

The Plaintiff is a wicked woman. She sued the wrong person and is poisoning her mother with her bitterness. She is holding resentment against her cousin that is NOT justified and hating on her other cousin who is now homeless. She ends by sticking her nose in the air with pride. Hell awaits her.

The plaintiff is suing the wrong person! I have empathy for the defendant, however. She was willing to try her best to resolve the conflict, yet the plaintiff was indeed owed money. The defendant most likely would have given them the photos prior to the lawsuit. The plaintiff seems mean-spirited, and she knew she had issues with the guy, so why hire him when there's a history of discord. The plaintiff lacks wisdom and wanted to sue when she should not have made an agreement with him in the first place. Obviously, the defendant's brother isn't reliable nor trustworthy. Now he's homeless because of choices he made. The man had a whole wife and side relationship. Fair ruling.
