For this demo for Meinl Percussion, I chose the song "Give Me Your Love," written by my friend, drummer and producer extraordinaire Gorden Campbell's, to show how I stack interlocking percussion parts in the studio over a pop track. Being a studio percussionist is all about finding effective, non-superfluous parts across the frequency spectrum to propel the music (and make the client and producer happy 😉)
