You'd be surprised at how many women you just described. It's a lot of ladies out here who only bathe and shower on special occasions. Some will have plans to go out in the evening and will run around all day, then when night falls without touching any water they'll put on a full face of makeup and get dressed to the nines. That's crazy to me.

@FineNaturalHairROCKS Becuz EVERYBODY judges appearances- EVERYBODY. Appearance matters. Nobody is required to wear a ball-gown or tux every day, but this trend of leggings, pajamas, slides, Crocs, bonnets and doo-rags is a downgrade of our dress code.

I wear leggings because I need to wear compression garments for the connective tissue issue, and then I have sensory processing disorder and find leggings are the most comfortable for me. And finally … because I feel good in them. That’s what fashion is about…. Feeling good, not following silly rules.

Plus they have an amazing return policy, mine had a stitch tear after a year and they still accepted the return. (They discarded the leggings and gave me a new pair). You can save money and buy one pair of leggings. Just wash on delicate & air dry

I hate this dress pants/sneakers trend too. Who told them that was elevated?! It was the accessories she added that made this a cute-ish look. But you can do the same thing with black leggings.

My sister had a pair and I kept shut till I realised she wasn't planning on getting rid of them since they were ugly af plus old af buttttt still comfortable as ever lol 🙄💀😂 she'd look nice in an outfit but once those Nb got put on the feet she instantly looked older smdh

Shower twice daily, never wear clothes I already worn without it being washed. This is basically what I wear for work. Trouser + t shirt + chunky sneaker. Sometimes the t shirt is tight, sometimes it’s baggy for a relaxed fit. Wide leg trousers are almost just as comfortable as leggings.
And when men and other women that have different mindset, see you in Leggins every day you get the biggest eye roll.. but by all means wear what you want. Just don’t think you can control the storyline.

My stomach is in knots!💀🤣 Well first of all, my husband loves the way I look in my work clothes..he stay giving me compliments , but more importantly, I'm waaaaaaaaaaayyyy too fulfilled by what I'm called to do in those leggings to begin to even care what others are thinking. I teach ballet at a university from a science-based perspective and holistic approache. I also teach dance to adults and the elderly as a lot of what we do can prevent alzhiemers disease amongst several other benefits. I used dance for healing and I'm so greatful to do what I love for a living while making a positive impact on others! So the thought of your superficial storyline holding wieght in my life is extreeeemely laughable to me!🤭 But I love a good laugh, so thanks again!🤗
As someone who usually works out I mostly wear leggings for exercise. I have different ones for lounging but they rarely make it outside my home. I associate them with exercising so I feel its necessary to change when going outsite 🙄😁
