I like the Maglula better because it works with single or double stack mags. I find it's easiest to use if I rest the magazine base on a table instead of trying to hold everything. That way I can work with loader with one hand and insert rounds with the other.

The base of the mag is supposed to be sitting on something. The table, your knee, chest. It goes turbo style. Love it.

I like the Maglula because it will load most magazines. If you work it off the bench instead of in your hands it works much better.

The Maglula is designed to set it on a hard surface (table or counter) and it works flawlessly!!

I just got an Uplula a few days ago and it is a finger saver, my 9mm is such a B to load that I hardly use it. Now that I have this I can enjoy magazine after magazine rather than one and done.

I think if you have a Glock....the Glock speed loader is simpler and free. But if you own any other brand/ multiple brands of handguns...UpLula is the way to go.

The Maglula is far superior.. If you can't use it you shouldn't try walking and chewing gum at the same time.

My Walthers and Sigs all came with their own speed loaders. The ones included with the Sigs were next to useless for loading rounds in the new magazines because the springs are so tight. The UpLULA solved the problem and it also works for my Sig 365-380 double-stack mags. In all fairness, the UpLULA is very robust; I've seen comments by viewers who've had theirs for 10 years or more. Bear in mind that it's manufactured in a completely different the part of Asia than the country that has a reputation for producing crap. 😇

The Maglula a part for the silly name works really well

with uplula you can slide the bullet in, while with the speed loader you can only put in the bullet halfway then lift the speed loader to fully insert the bullet.

Both work. The maglula is friendly for everything but if I'm just taking my glocks to the range I see no purpose to take the maglula. Funny thing is I never used to use a speed loader until I started shooting high volume in the winter, Michigan winter to be specific. Good video!

You should do a review on the best speed loader for 9mm Glock 33-round magazines. The spring is very hard to compress and load the last few rounds in these magazines.

You're having a hard time using Magula, because you're doing it wrong. Cup it in your left hand with spring lever facing to the right, with magazine in loader, while resting your hand on a table or counter top. Squeeze it and place bullet in and release, repeat, repeat, repeat...

The Ludex and Speed Beez are the best.

I just used my glock 19 loader to load my sig p365xl 12 round mags which are a bear to load yesterday. I had not watched your video and actually had never used my loaders before!! Glock mags are tooooo easy to load!! Don’t need it. Works ok on the sig. Not perfect but cheaper than 35.00!!!

Helpful video. I first saw your review on the UpLula, then followed the link to this vid. That said, my mileage varies. IOW, I would favor the UpLula. One of the main reasons is my 9mm isn't a Glock. Yeah, I could order a Glock speed loader for my double stack, but your point about the Glock being "free" wouldn't be true for me. And I would argue that it wasn't "free" for you, either. Yeah, I'm really picking nits, here, but you paid for whatever came in the box with your Glock. The cost may have been negligible, but it wasn't technically free. In your UpLula review, you made a point to say that it was simple. In this comparison, head-to-head video, you downplayed that. Understandable, since the nature of this video was comparison/contrast. And I'll grant you that the Glock speed loader may be easier. As you also acknowledged, the UpLula has the advantage in being more versatile: multiple calibers, single & double stack mags, etc. So for all these reasons, the UpLula gets my vote. Still, that Glock does appear to be dead simple, so if someone were to give me one designed for double stack mags, I wouldn't turn it down.

Maglula is easy when you sit the base of the magazine down on a table or knee or anything instead of holding in your hand.

I prefer the glock system as it not make presure on the bullet against the shell... As also ets speed loader does heavyly. Pd: Ive never used a speed loader. But i reload my own ammo and have enough ballistic knowledge to know that 9mm luger bullet is pretty "loose" in his shell

The Glock loader is fine!

You are using this wrong. It tells you that the Uplulu is supposed to be set on the table. The hand holding it is pressing down and controlling the release button. T he other hand is only used for the rounds. I have one and its super fast i can load a full 9mm Springfield mag in like 15 seconds.

I like the Maglula better. It's faster and has never failed on me.

Use the lock when you push down... 🤦‍♂️ so you don't have to hold it closed... 🛡 You can do it!

If you only have Glock stay with Glock.. If you have several different gun manufacturers go with Uplula… it’s simple logic

you are using the maglula wrong. you have to put the mag on the table. push the maglula down with your hand while pressing the lever with fingers while other hand feeds the freedom seeds. . you can load a 30rd mag in seconds.

Well, call it a Glock speed loader or whatever stamp is on it. Mine has H&K and I couldn't figure out how to use it till I looked for a video 😂 Since I already had a Maglula for my S&W Shield mags, it's a no brainer which is easier and faster hands down, well worth the $30 compared to the freebe.

I like the maglula with double stack 9mm and double stack 45 acp. I don't like it with single stack mags or double attack 380 in some cases the provided one works better. The mag Lula really shines with double stack 45 acp
