Can someone tell me how long this magazine gun lock 🔐 been around?? because if this been around for a while this could’ve prevent any school shootings I believe so for all of these god damn ant-gun hater’s why didn’t they think of something like this also, this goes to show you how sneaky the government and these most Democrat politicians are they could’ve been promoting this type of Gunlock. We need to promote this Gunlock more. This is the first time I’ve ever seen something like this, so please we as the 2A community Need to push this more this lock
Dude...excellent teaching! One of the things which makes it excel above others is that you don't assume *anything* about the viewer. You assume they know nothing and take it from there without making the viewer feel stupide. Well done!
Very nicely done. I am a Vet and I trained with an M16. But that was in 1986, and I’ve forgotten a few things. Your video was a nice reminder of the similarities. For instance, I forgot the forward assist was called the forward assist. It’s interesting that you mentioned it’s rarely used with the AR15, whereas we were taught SPORTS. (Slap in the mag, Pull the charging handle, Observe the chamber, Release it, Tap - the forward assist, and Squeeze.) You are probably familiar with that. So I suppose with the AR15 it would be SPORS. Anyway, great video. I learned a lot.
I would love to order a Glock, but living in australia it is a lot more regulated in getting one. This video helped me to understand the basics of a handgun. Thank you.
A bit misleading I’d say of your comparison. If you set your magazine on a table or hard surface the Magula is faster and easier and this is coming from a 60+ year old man with tendon damage in both hands. Is it expensive yes and are there parts that could fail, sure but if you keep a good supply of loaded mags on hand it’s not a worry to be
100,000 up votes! You explained this in such a way that even I understood! I've searched and watched a number of videos on how to use this speed loader and yours is the only one that showed in detail and the BEST one on the Internet! I can't tell you how frustrated I was trying to figure out how to use this tool. You're the best and I cannot thank you enough! Cheers and stay safe! MAGA
Great video. I've been focusing more on gun storage than just ammo lately. Ive had really good luck with stacking handgun magazines. They're expensive, but my shop gets full capacity pistol mags because they come in from gun shop in states like CA and MA that dont allow those standard mags. I can get them at half or even a quarter of the price.
Great video,, 👍🏻 and yes I live in a unfriendly state also where you have a 10 round Magazine restriction but I can go out of state and purchase 30 round Magazine's and it's perfectly legal because I'm purchasing it out of state.
I can't watch this video, I had to stop halfway and come down to the comment section to see if I was the only one who noticed he wasn't watching his set, I can't believe he released this video in this way. I've never used an AR 15, getting ready to make my first purchase from PSA, and was looking forward to enjoying this video.
Thanks for watching and I agree this wasn’t filmed as good as I would have liked. I did a remake - please check it out on the channel - it’s the newest video and much better viewing angles. I hope it helps
I have that magazine lock and it’s actually pretty spectacular if you can find where to buy one. Comes with two Abus keys and you can order new keys directly from Abus. I think I got mine from White Oak Armory a couple years ago. If you lost the keys, you can mill it out with tools. It’s not a permanent theft solution, but it makes it so that nobody can just grab your AR and some magazines and go on a shooting spree without spending at least a few hours in a garage with some tools to get the lock out of the magazine well. It also locks the upper onto the lower. The only improvement I could see to this is perhaps adding a metal loop that could be locked onto a cable to make it harder to steal from a vehicle. Apparently, the company that developed these also made them for Glock handguns, but those are impossible to find. If anyone knows of any just shoot me a response, please. Decent variant basic operations video. I didn’t need it, but was curious about what you had to say.
If the bolt is locked to the rear, it would still slam forward. The charging handle is basically just a device to pull the bolt back. If the bolt is locked to the rear, it doesn't matter where the charging handle is. The bolt will still slam forward. In fact, in the Army, when we did inspections, we woud lock the bolt to the rear, then slide the charging handle back forward to lock it. After inspection, we would just hit the bolt release.
Hmmm, With my 30 round mags and my arthritic fingers, i am thinking, next trip to Academy, or online order i am getting one of those.I am in a wild west type state as far as gun laws go.
@@DuncanMeter No problem! One day I will own one when I move to the states. Really appreciate the clarity and calmness of this video as so many other channels treat guns like they're hollywood toys with flashy editing and loud music.
You are a gentleman and definitely a scholar!! Thanks to your articulation & communication abilities, within couple of minutes, you answered all my questions.
