I'm Not An Idiot!! I Was Told I Couldn't Show My Dog If His Ear Stayed Up So I Asked For Advice!! His Ears Are Perfect Without Gluing But It Took A While So Couldn't Show But I Love Him Dearly!!

how long do you need to keep the ears glued?

I never said you were an idiot, I was saying that to those who attack this practice, it is no different to putting braces on a child's teeth, do they have a say, no. Does it look better, yes, is it for a short time, yes. I love my Kerry Blue Terrier and would do nothing to hurt her, for those who don't understand the ear gluing thing, then shut up.

Less music more instruction.

What glues are acceptable for use? It's not painful and necessary if you're going to show your dog. Floppy ears don't cut it with judges and the Airedale Terrier. I have a 20 week old pup, and this starts the age where the cropping is preferable.

Actually, this is incredibly painful for the dog. Ever wake up after sleeping on your ear wrong? Imagine that pain, but constant. I work in the veterinary field and every dog I have seen with this procedure was extremely sensitive about having it's head touched.
