I know how Darcy got glutes of the week. I've been working out with you guys for a month now and I must say I'm proud of how my glutes look for the first time in many years. The form and tightness is back. Those two little dimples at the top of Darcy's glutes or should I say lower back are defined. I've even got a compliment at work. Thanks guys for helping me with the improvements. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
