Asians mostly south east use lot of mustard seed oil for deep frying. Is mustard seed oil harmful for liver?Plz do a video on various oil and their harmful effects.

I have Beta Thalassemia Minor so I'm chronically anemic all the time. Since my body can't absorb iron, what can I do to help myself? My red blood cells are elliptical and teardrop shaped, how does that play into things?
