Ingredients:
1½ cup light brown sugar - packed
¾ cup salted butter - 1 ½ sticks; cubed
2 large eggs - room temperature
1½ tsp pure vanilla extract - (check label to ensure it's gluten free)
2 cups super-fine almond flour - (see note)
4 oz white chocolate - chopped; divided
