thanks for introducing me to another coeliac resource, can never have too many! she gave me a lot of hope for any future traveling I may do! when I first got my diagnosis I was so sad thinking about all the amazing international foods I may never try, but this gives me hope to reshift my focus to finding unique GF spots :)
I like musicals too, but never heard of either of the ones you mentioned. I like the "Sound of Music" with Julie Andrews for instance. By the way, finally got an appointment with a dietician, saw her today, and tomorrow I begin the gastritis diet and the low fodmap diet. Fun times ahead! 🤓
Add two more diets into the mix - hypoglycemia and gastroparesis and I'm allergic to soy. What products do you use to make salad dressing or mayonnaise? Corn and rice are the only flours I've been able to use without side effects.
