Subscribed!!! So glad I found your channel! Every time I search gluten free or dairy free, people just have “here’s what I ate today” video. Thank you for making an actual recipe with step by step details!!! And thank you SO much for having a soothing, clear voice, and for having your voice much louder than the music so it’s all audible ❤️ my ears and head thank you for that, because usually videos have loud loud music and low speaking snd it’s so hard to follow with music! You could seriously do ASMR on your channel, your demeanor is so relaxing.

I just found your channel today while searching for GF bread recipes. I was so intrigued with your teaching style that I watched several videos to get an idea of your recipes and techniques. I subscribed because I believe you can help me learn how to feed my son who has been diagnosed gluten intolerant. You make things we already enjoy eating, but with substitutions for GF needs. We are actually vegetarian too, but I know how to convert meat recipes to vegetarian fairly easily now. I must learn more about GF cooking and ingredients, for example, I didn't know soy sauce wasn't gluten free! I can see I have much to learn. Thanks for your videos and instruction!

This was so good! The sauce was the star of the meal; delicious. Appreciate your tips for the chicken prep; they really made a difference too. We added in broccoli and everyone asked for second helping. Thank you for another amazing GF recipe!

I just made this tonight and it was the BEST.... pleaser for the whole family even our two year old gobbled it up! the only thing we did differently was less red pepper flakes didn't want it to hot for the kids! will make again for sure! thank you for the great recipe

Thank you so much for this recipe. I made it tonight and had to substitute a few things (i.e. used brown rice flour, tamari sauce, and ground ginger...it is what I had in the house and I made your GF sandwich bread too) both came out fantastically yummy! 👍👍💖💖
