❤❤ thanks for the recipe! At 10$ per loaf of store bought bread, I've come to the conclusion that I need to make my bread...but any recipe I've seen, is so complicated... that it's turned me off. This looks easy and great!❤
What a great channel 😁. I have needed to be gluten free for about a year or so now. I do like and eat Ezekiel bread and can tolerate it , but I sure do miss some of the recipes that you offer Yes, I will be making this pizza, pizza, please 😄. And try making the bread. God Bless you and your family. Miss Monique 🙂🌷🙏🕊️
This is THEE BEST sugar cookie recipie I've ever tried! I brought them to a church lunch and got so many compliments! Definitely a keeper! Thank you so much for sharing this recipe!
Hi Hannah -Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts! I'm so glad the sugar cookies were a hit at church :) I think the little bit of lemon zest makes the difference, don't you? :)
Thank you Linda! I'm so glad you enjoy the Parmesan Herb Rolls. They also warm up perfectly in the microwave (if by some miracle you have any left over...we rarely do!) Yes, I have a pizza crust recipe that I think you'll like. It's on my website listed as the New Recipe Pizza Crust / Pizza Margherita, and I have it in the "Breads" section. Happy baking!
Love this bread! I accidentally used baking soda instead of baking powder but it still turned out great! Can’t wait to make it again with baking powder to see the difference. Your recipe calls for brown rice flour so that’s what I used, but mine looks a lot darker than yours. Still tastes great. Did you use white rice flour on your video? I folded in some chopped walnuts & sunflower seeds & topped with sesame seeds. it was amazing. I think I’ll add flax next time. Thinking of reducing the amount of rice & tapioca flour by 1/3 so I can try mixing it cassava flour or oat flour.
this bread had a great flavor but mine turned out super crumbly so I must have measured something wrong. the texture of mine was more like cornbread and it was pretty dry. gonna try it again next week!
This bread makes the very best grilled cheese (or any other grilled type sammy). It is better than any wheat based bread I've had. I found out a couple of years ago that I was allergic to wheat, a lot of fun in your late fifties, but this recipe made me remember sandwiches again!
I like this recipe because you say flours are in it you don’t have to buy one of those expensive blends in the store I searched and search for recipes online and there’s only a couple that would tell you what flours are in it
Big thumbs up for this gf bread recipe, soft n fluffy! I just made raisin/cinnamon loaf using that recipe n everyone loved it. Thank you much for sharing your recipes.
Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts :) That must have been delicious. It's been on my list to do a video for cinnamon/raisin bread forever. You beat me to it!
Hi Judy - Thanks for your interest in the bread! The recipe can be located on my website at GlutenFreeHabit.com. You can view it and/or print it out. I hope you love it! Happy baking :)
Does anyone know if this can be made in a food processor? I'm currently using my mixer and its fine, though Ive made regular bread in my food processor and am concerned because it's such a different process. Any thoughts out there?
The video is amazing, but it is missing quantities. What are the measurements of all the ingredients? It is such a different result if you add too much of any ingredient.
Hi! Thanks for the kind comment :) You can find the full recipe and a step-by-step guide on my website at GlutenFreeHabit.com. I hope you enjoy the pie crust!
I made this bread last Sunday, and my daughter and I truly enjoyed it. I didn't ever think I would be able to enjoy a gluten free bread without it being gummy. It was not that at all. Thanks for perfecting your recipe, I appreciate it. I will probably end up like you making it every week. Thank you again. Here's to gluten-free baking ❤😊
Hi Veronica! I'm so glad that both you and your daughter are enjoying the bread. Once you've made it a few times it will go very quickly, and before you know it you'll have it memorized :) I hope you also try my Parmesan Herb Dinner Rolls recipe.
Hi - Thank you for your interest in my dinner rolls recipe. The full recipe with step-by-step photo instructions can be found on my website at glutenfreehabit.com. I hope you enjoy them!
Welp. Just so anybody doesnt make the same mistake as I. I used regular gluten free 1 to 1 baking flour instead of tapioca flour(still used the brown rice flour) and…well i havent baked it yet but it just does not look right 😢😂
Oh no! It's true that the 1:1 flours have different ratios of a variety of GF flours that don't necessarily match what I've called for in a recipe. So it may work or may not work depending on the recipe. I use different ratios and flours in each recipe for the ideal result, so I always recommend following the recipe exactly. I hope you were able to give it another try :) Thanks for the helpful comment!
