A vegan pie! One of the best Italian tart of my childhood! The chickpea porridge! Depending on where you are in Italy, it has a different name. Rosemary is a plus (it is not normally present in the original recipe) but it brings a real plus! You will be surprised to have a dinner with so few ingredients! This chickpea pie is delicious! Ps: rest time is mandatory, otherwise it will never be so good! To accompany with a salad. Good tasting !

Ingredients:
100 g of chickpea flour (1 cup)
250 ml of water (1 cup)
2 pinches of sea salt
30 ml of olive oil (2 tablespoons) + 1 teaspoon of olive oil
Optional: Rosemary
